Hi.. i have a custom rom and i want to return back to stock rom.. I open the Odin programm and it does not find my phone.... Can you help please??
install the samsung usb drivers and then switch off your phone. press vol down+home+power button at same time and then when phone logo shows up leave the buttons now a screen appears then press vol. up and then connect phone to computer while odin is on. make sure that kies is not running. select the appropriate package and flash your device.

Hey there! Before flashing STOCK ROM. Make sure you have a back-up first. (Just in case) Then, make sure the USB Debbugging Mode is enabled in your SGY. Install USB Drivers to your PC and the firmware package for your country/region. Then put your phone in download mode by pressing the combo buttons simultaneously. Power+VolumeDown+Home. Just follow the steps on how to unbrick sgy. Google it. I know you can

Yes i try to do all this .. i mean i do all this but the Odin programm it still doesnt find my phone... The custom rom that i have is the Jellyblast 3.5 ..if it helps... And something else .. when i press the lockscreen and other settings in settings app ... the app stop working! Is there any help about this? Theank you.

1) install kies to your pc/lap...
2)now open odin......
Now just start your phone as usual...
Dont press any key.....
3) look at block in odin....
Aftet some time the block will become yellow....
4)once block become yellow, turn off your phone by long pressing power botton..........
5)then enter in odin mode......and install stock rom
I am sure this method works 100% ....

After some experimenting with the I9505G firmware I ended up flashing its bootloader and got stuck. I used a tool to resurrect the S4 but its a no go for me.
Im in download mode and I can flash stock firmware and pit but when it reboots it enter qhusb dload and I cant do anything.
Any ideas?

While the S4 is in QHUSB DLOAD mode(blackscreen) use this tool http://forum.legija.net/showthread.p...-via-USB-Cable

Then at reboot hold power down + volume up and down down and you will be in a special recovery mode. wait 10seconds, then remove batttery and restart the phone normal

Well if download mode is still working, it means that the original bootloader was not flashed ? Did you try to flash just the original i9505 bootloader with Odin ?

I know there is a feature so called "fastboot" on Nexus. Maybe something similar for the GS4 ?

S4 doesnt have fastboot but uses Download mode to flash firmwares etc. but thanks. I guess ill have to wait for my JTAG to resurrect.
OMG i just unbricked my S4:laugh::laugh:
I hold power + volume up and down and it power reset and flash bootloader and it works now!!:laugh::laugh:

Does anyone knows how to install the QHUSB Qualcomm drivers? When I'm connecting the phone, I can see the QHSUSB-DLOAD in Device Manager but the recovery tool can't find my phone...
Any help is appreciated!!

Install this driver, http://www.riffbox.org/downloads/RiffSetup.exe
This will install following files to Your computer:
JTAG Manager software v1.43
RIFF Box Firmware v1.32
RIFF Box control port driver
RIFF Box update port driver
RIFF DCC USBLoader driver
QUALCOMM QHUSB_DLOAD driver.

Thanks for the files but I managed to install the right drivers. I uninstalled the drivers from Windows and when reconnecting the phone to my pc, I installed the QHUSB drivers. I'm going to flash the original software now, fingers crossed

still, i only get black screen. cant get the download or recovery mode. please, helppppppppppp.

Believed I was conned... and this could be what happened to my LG G2 'D802':
my mobile is actually a D801 phone (motherboard) NOT D802 but loaded with D802 ROM
Phone was flashed (by me) with D802 ROM to remove error "Unfortunately, the process com.android.systemui has stopped" caused by corrupted Build.Prop system file during some editing.
touch screen error after new ROM was flashed (tried many diff roms), likely due to incompatible phone settings.
unable to flash D801 kdz since the phone was configured to 'D802', incorrect model detected while trying to flash.
managed to get a D801 TOT file that can resolved the incompatible model issue
Flash completed, phone rebooted..STUCKED at LG LOGO!
pressed Vol+ and USB cable, cannot enter download mode...stucked..
Factory reset using hardware keys, same problem..
please help ! any suggestion/s would be greatly appreciated!! thank you!!

use flashtool with another *dll
His download mode is not functional.
When in factory reset - connect to pc(does it throw errors or add a new device?)
If yes..then - read this
If no then still read it.

When connect to pc at 'Factory hard reset mode' screen (vol- and pwr pressed, letgo and pressed)..nothing happens on either PC or Mobile..
After Hard reset, phone continue stuck at LG LOGO.. PC detected mobile as "LGE AndroidNet USB Serial Port (COM41)", see attached.
I have tried the method in the link above but the PC seems cannot detect phone during cmd "ls /dev/sd*" and "gdisk -l /dev/sdb" .

Anyway, when you let the phone continue to boot, what happend? lot of force close?
Edit : Antoher solution : have you tried to use the official LG Support tool? I did once when my device was completely f****ed up and it restored it by itself!

Just plug your cable to usb. Turn off phone and inmediately hold the button up and ull be in download mode.
Or If U have 801 rom try to root your phone and do recovery as 801 phone, after flash 802 rom !

the screenshot stays forever (trying to get into download mode) and did not enter the actual download screen.
if continue to boot, the phone will just hang at LG Logo.

I did this but phone just stays at the 2nd screenshot...
before it was bricked, I have no problem get it into download mode with vol+ and usb cable.

Wait so what can you do? Hard reset? Download mode? Nothing?
Can you plug your phone and check that your phone is not detected in device manager?
All the drivers are installed?

I am having the same exact issue as TEDET123. !!! installed ubunto in one of my PC, tried the same procedure as explain at
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2582142&highlight=even+disconnect+lg+phone.
the ubuntu doesn't show any SDB !! need help!!! went to the famous lg software guy in my town. He said MMC chip needs to be replaced ! I knw he doesn;'t have its solution and trying to demotivate me thats it! I knw there must be a solution to this issue!
I would try to force the phone into qhsusb mode then flash only laf.img,aboot.img and boot.img
In qhsub mode you should be able to see the SDB partition

I think i flashed wrong stock ROM.
problems with phone now are
1.no recovery
2.no download mode
3.stuck at lg logo.
4.whenever plug in USB it starts automaticaly and get stuck at LG logo.
5. can be power of by long pressing power button (it gets reboot in between).
but it can enter in "three button press" mode

Are you sure download mode isn't working? Easiest way is this... With phone off, hold ONLY the up volume key. Then while holding, plug in the phone to the PC. What does it do?

Today i had done following things:
1- Downloaded Autorec
2- Installed TWRP recovery through Autorec
3- Installed Flashify
4- Rebooted to recovery
After this phone turned off and is completely died. It is showing no sign of life. Guys please help me i cannot afford a new phone now so i need this phone ver badly.

If you can go download mode there'll be no problem. Use flash tot method.

No man i cant even go to download mode. The phone screen turns on when i connect it to laptop. after some time it starts turning on-off rapidly. and rarely red led is also flashed.
Ok so what you are going to do is to press the volume up button and connect your usb cable. After that you should be in download mode. Follow the instructions of http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476 and i suggest you would choose the kdz method. Good luck

Holding volume up and power doesn't go download mode? You can try the SRK tool just download it. If it doesn't work you need the boarddiag method just search it here. I hope it'll be fixed soon.
I killed my 802 flashing CM13 onto it.
LG logo would flash up, no download mode but I could boot into recovery. However the phone wasnt seen in windows and did the multiple partitions thing a few have mentioned.
SRKtool fixed it, theres also a guide on youtube on how to use the software.
