[Q] Very high consumption of RAM LG L5 - Optimus L3, L5, L7 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys. I have a problem with my phone. For some time, the system consumes about 350-370mb and is about 30-35mb free. I did not install any applications or modifications. Any ideas? Maybe a custom ROM based on 4.1.2? I care for longer battery life.

I can give you an advice.
Better flash KITKAT rom, because RAM management is much better.
Also there is a my thread in general sections.
And yes,I have 52 installed apps and have about 90-150 mb of free ram.
Expand battery life in kitkat rom
Rom setup after flash

I flashed latest CM11 5.0 with battery fix but it's laggy and back button doesn't work.

Flash the ROM TouchMod
It has excellent battery!
Any v10 based ROM has excellent battery!
I suggest you try that!

Which rom on 4.4.x has the longest battery work?
I don't want to install V10 baseband... At v10 I had to restore the factory settings after a month, because the battery was running in a few hours

Flash Pecans CM11 that is for L5

CM11 tested from Pecan and battery withstand less than one day. CM11 from Plamb1r is often freez screen but the battery can withstand long. Today I tried to flash CM11 version 5.0 but the phone freezes. Any ideas?

try my slimbean 4.1.2 i posted, follow my instructions for installation. Or try cm10 sbp by @Plamb1r. Battery life is high on both roms. Ram is still some 200/250mb but the roms are smooth and stable:sly:

SKernel will work properly with these custom roms or CM10.1?

No, skernel worknonly with 4.4.4 based roms.

What a pity! The kernel of this post does not cause any major problems? http://forum.xda-developers.com/optimus-l3-l5-l7/development/l5-cm10-1-sbp-rom-edition-t2928378
On the stock rom I have only 35mb of RAM and phone hangs up. All unnecessary applications disabled, Greenify installed and configured and the problem still remains.

CyanogenMod 9.0 Battery Life

Hello People,
I've tested many ICS Rom's for my Arc
and I have found JJ Hybrid Ver1.2 has the maximum battery life, I've seen on my Arc.
But I really like CM9.0 Rom, only problem I found in CM is the battery life. Around 20% drain overnight vs 4-5% drain in JJ Hybrid.
So which is the best ROM for battery life available here.

CyanogenMod can only be used with FXP kernels...
i tell JJ Hybrid....
I've tried Arconium, JJ and CM and my experience is that Arconinium with CWM stock kernel gives me the best battery performance, drain is about 5-8% during night depending if you enable or disable gsm-data. When I tried JJ i had a drain that you've experienced on the CM9. By experience it also helps by rebooting the phone atleast once a day

[KERNEL][TEST][WIP] Looking for users to test a beta kernel

Hey Guys i am looking for some testers which can test my kernel
Currently i don't have this device and won't get it untill next month so by that time i thought to play with the kernel stuff..
Changelog:
All the stuff is there in this kernel which all other Kernels have except Swwep2sleep
Usual Patches/tweaks i add into my kernel
OC to 2.8Ghz
Link:http://d-h.st/HS3
I recommend to do a Backup before flashing this as this kernel is built with GCC 4.10 Toolchain which is experimental but best..!
Hoping for quick response
