If your problem is set warranty bit: kernel as the title suggests then you can fix it by flashing the stock kernel. If you have another problem please mention it.

[Q] Boot loop When turning on Wifi ?!

Hi Guys!
I got a classic Samsung Galaxy S i9000 and i used to mess with the roms and Kernel, however ... I've recently upgraded to Samsung Galaxy SIII and i decided to be a good brother and pass my old i9000 to my sister ... However, before i can , i need to fix this !
Is there a way to make the i9000 completely stock again? at this point the CWM is still installed even after factory resetting the device..
It's been quite a long time since i messed with it and i dont trust my own knowledge anymore so i figured i'd post a message.
If there is a quickfix for the Wifi, that will do too :highfive:
Thanks guys !

[Q] Help for a noob please!

Hey guys, I have recently inherited a note 3 (SM9005) it is however running the xnote ROM (version 13). I however want to shift back to the stock ROM (but still remain rooted).
I need a fool proof guide to do that, as I don't what to mess up the phone.
Thanks in advance and let me know if any further info is required.
Bump? If not that, I'd just like some instructions to update xnote to its latest build. And yes I've checked the xnote thread, but im still unsure on how to proceed as I don't want to mess up my phone.

[Q] SM-G906K Bootloop

Hi,
at first i want to apologize for my bad English.
I got an big problem with my S5, it wont boot anymore. I tried to access the recovery mode, but also there it ends in a bootloop. This phone pertains to an friend of mine, wich told me that he didn’t do a thing on that S5… however, the KNOX-bit is set.
So, I don’t know what I can do now. I tried to flash it via odin to the newest lollipop and a new recovery mode… both variants hasn’t worked for me.
Got anyone a idea what I can do to rescue that one?
Thank you.
Has anyone any idea?

Just a little bit of troubleshooting:
-What did you do to throw it in bootloop?
-Where did you get the firmware? Which version?
Ciuffy's SM-G900F CM 12.1 spirit hath marked this way.

Need help with rooting I9500XXUHOG2

Hey there guys....I have a real annoying problem....I cannot find the right rooting file..... my device baseband is I9500XXUHOG2
AND IT'S A REAL PAIN IN THE NECK TO FIND IT BECAUSE IT'S NOT THERE!!!!!
please can anyone help...I tried a lot of i9500 files but with no use...and I found myself unable to unroot and not having the root permission. ..so I endup recovering it with Samsung program (I don't remember the program's name but it's not kies)
Please I need help ASAP!
and another problem....after a false rooting I endup recovering the original stock rim via Samsung and it takes 6 FREAKING HOURS TO FINISH!
Is there a faster way ...like backing up stock rom (my rom of course because it's not avalable) because it's an EGYPTIAN.

Hey there,
Have you tried CF-Auto-Root?
To backup your entire rom you will need a custom recovery. I recommend TWRP.
And you should be able to find pretty much any stock roms on sammobile.com.
Good luck.

Thanks for replying fast...but there is a problem
I didn't find the one I need... that might cause a problem ,
Scince I am still a newbie when it comes to these stuff
I don't risk too much because I don't have a backup plan
Like the software on Sammobile.Com is not the one
I have... I heard about the 1 click root like king or lingo root
A friend of mine tried it but it's Chinese so it's not
Something you should trust... but it's the ease way right?
Perhaps too easy to be secured.
Now I am start to wish that I bought a i9505 ... at lease it's more famous and have more support than my phone.

CF-Auto-Root is your best option. There is no real 1-click root method.

All the Stock lollipop Rom I have installed Were unable to boot, it will flash successfully but won't even show Samsung logo and won't boot. Do you know how I can solve that?
At some point, has your screen/touch been repaired?

Same issue with mine! and the screen is repaired. Does it have driver issues?
It happened to me ... It's a compatibility problem. Probably this screen is from the G531 ... with me it was only change again and the problem was corrected.
