Restore from adb backup on Nexus 4 after cyanogenmod 10.2 update

Recently I have flashed unofficial cyanogenmod 10.2 for my Nexus 4 (from here on google drive http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2139784 ).
After testing some features I the device came into a "bootloop" (stays on cyanogenmod logo launcher).
I tried to reflash it with cm 10.1 (wipe dalvik cache and /cache partition) but the same effect.
Now I have completed the adb backup (via recovery mode from Clockworkmod) but if I restore it I get the same effect as described above.
I can launch the device successfully on clear cm 10.1 but it won't boot after restore of my backup. What can I do now ?
Wipe the data.

Maybe I have expressed myself unclear or I have forgotten to note that I have already tried this but I get the same result then :
OK for wiping the data and installing clean cm 10.1
boot loop for wiping the data installing cm 10.1 and restoring the backup

Probably tried to flash a KK rom if you where running JB before.
Or the other way around, trying to flash a JB rom on a KK device.

Custom recovery for Note 2

I recently bought Note 2 and did factory reset/wipe data. I was thinking to root it and thought I should take backup first. When I go into recovery mode I can see only below options.
-reboot system now
-apply update from ADB
-apply update from ext storage
-wipe data/factory reset
-wipe cache partition
-apply update from cache.
Just want to let you know that I had S4 rooted before and when I configure Note 2 it asked me google account and restored team win application and etc. I did wipe data/factory reset couple of times but still can not see backup option. Please help
You're in the note 3 forum. I suggest asking in the note 2 forum.

Note 4 bootloop

Hello everyone! So today I've rooted my Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and well went fine. After that I did a backup with Titanium Backup Pro, and put this ROM on the internal storage of the phone. I went into TWRP and did a factory reset (sintead of a data wipe as the topic said I should) and then flashed the ROM. Now I am stuck in a bootloop.
What and how can I do something to fix this? I must mention I'm kind of a noob into all of these root stuff, so please take me easy.
Which version of Note 4 do you have? N910F, N910C, ...?
The ROM that you've intalled is for N910F.
Did you flashed the right modem and bootloader aswell?

I Cant find the OS on Galaxy Note 4 (SM-N910P) i wiped them while in was in twrp

Help please!! i did a wipe when i was in TWRP and now my phone has no backup files and im basically stuck in recovery TWRP
