[REQ][MOD] G3 flat UI for G2 - G2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello
Is anyone out there capable of porting the complete ui of the Korean v30d for kitkat stock roms? In flashable zip it would be a dream.
I'd be glad to buy this man a beer
Cheers

what's wrong with installing cloudy 2.2 rom which has G3 UI?

Wrong Section
Requests, in special this one, please post in Themes and Apps or in Q&A Section with the tag [REQ] so G2 THEMERS maybe can answer if they're able to do that or not. Posting it here is awful, and just spams the Development section that is made for Devs to post their projects.
About the request, you can learn how to, looking for LG ROM theming guides, or just unpack Stock and replace as you wish, learning is funny thing .

My bad. Is it possible for moderator to move this in the proper section?
Thanks in advance

[Q] T-Mobile G2 ROM on Vibrant, is it possible?

Hello, well as you know some souls have flashed the recently leaked T-Mobile G2 ROM onto their devices (http://www.tmonews.com/2010/08/more-goodies-found-in-leaked-t-mobile-g2-build), perhaps this ROM can be ported to the vibrant, or is this impossible? Anyone willing to try it?
EDIT: Mods could you please move this thread to Q&A or General, apologies for posting in the incorrect section
That would be awesome if someone could port that!
Adidas: Impossible is nothing.

N4 Development/N4 Original Development - what's the difference?

Someone kindly explain what the difference is between the two forums? I can't figure it out. This
[Nexus⁴]
Same as other forums...it's meant to be
Development - stuff based on the stock image
Original Development - Stuff made from AOSP/scratch
yea me either.
in the N7 forums.. the Kernels I like which are MOTLEY are posted in the Android Development forum yet in the N4 forums... the motley Kernel is posted in the Original development section.
no consistency or description.
i would have to guess that Original development is for development not headed down the path of AOSP or Android aka Linux/Ubuntu etc.. and then android development is for AOSP Android directly related stuff?
Edit i was wrong its reversed from what I thought.

Google Edition Updates on SGH-T919

Hello all. I wanted to get a good straight forward answer on this as I have had people ask me this already. I just flashed a Google Edition rom on my T-Mobile S4. I am loving it so far, but I'm curious about future releases. Am I correct in saying that any future releases ( like 4.3 or 5.0) will not work without a kernel specific to our device? Will it have partial functionality? Does it really just depend on how these new versions are built? A little clarity from the experts would be greatly appreciated!

Pretty much any ROM requires device specific kernels.

What happened to PAC rom?

Just didn't know which section to ask this, but the Pac all in one rom, disappeared completely. First it was moved from the original dev section to the dev section but now it's completely gone. Come on mods, and devs I think we deserve to know what's going on. If a discussion is already going on this apologies in advance or direct me to it please.
I would also like to express my immersely deepest gratitude towards the mod's decision with moving the PAC rom to just the dev section. There are two (2) cm11 roms which can be built by anyone within a day and they are in the original dev section. Thank you again. After 4 years of SG1 I finally switched to SG4 and now I cant use the rom I craved for on SG1. I contributed my part and the mod(s) do as any child does . But some mods are nice and understanding.
Hi,
Look HERE or HERE

Add new device: LG G3 D855

I'm a fan of Omni when using Galaxy S1. Now I moved to LG G3 so Can anyone build Omni for G3, please? Im very appreciate :victory::highfive:
First, this is not a ROM request forum. Second, it's generally considered rude to ask a developer to make a ROM. Developers for the most part do this as a hobby, in their free time with no compensation outside of any donations they may receive. You are welcome to start reading and researching how to build your own Android ROM.*
Please do not make further posts of this nature.*
