re partition system space

In the Samsung rom my free space is 9 GB But my phone is 16 GB, I would to re partition and make a 3 GB to system and flash cm11.. How to re partition with the right way??

in my view it is much better to have ext SD card and to move useless apk at this space. (Or to delete them!!!)

yes you are right but data games or apps need a big internal memory & SD Card is not fast like internal memory
