Copy the ROM and kernel in a custom folder, then open the rom with winrar drag the rom to the kernel after it replaced the previous

Ringtone starts only after first ring.

UPDATE 1: Ok, here some notes after some tries...
Strange visualization of some apps (e.g. Jrummy's Root Browser Lite) with wrong space and scale between graphic elements. Text in Google Play is near white, almost unreadable, also in Viber's popup windows. Some chinese symbols in calendar. Email's input fields dirtied by strange blue lines. Compass ovalized.
Deleted useless (for now) scripts:
00banner, 01mountsd, 02miuithemeprop, 04 first boot, 05 lagfixer, 07 writeback, 09scardspeedfix, 97swap2sd, net_buffer, remount_fullext4, s99drop_cache.
Also, maybe I'm wrong but it seems to me that swap file function isn't supported by kernel, apparently you cannot have a swap file.
Modified also build.prop but only to meet my needs of mantain scripts as clean as possible!
UPDATE 2: deleted /system/default.prop, the values here aren't well suited for this rom causing instability or reboots. It will be automatically replaced by the default file residing in the ram disk.
UPDATE 3: replacing kernel with that taken from latest LeWa rom (only for test purposes, some devices e.g. bluetooth will not works!) you can activate the swap file. Sorry I cannot try further this rom, I hope that the next version will be better.
This rom is enjoyable although not perfect, needs some work but the path is right! My bests!

Additionally: auto-retrieve MMS doesn't work.

I have installed MERE rom and it's very good, the only problem I have had with this is that after I get an incoming call/Missed call the icon of "Incoming call" will stay constantly on the notification bar, it goes off only after I "Force Stop" the phone app. Any solution for this ? Thanks in advance.

Jst clear data and cache of phone.apk from settings/apps and check..
note:Maybe U will loose ur call log

Now that depends on person..!! i like light roms... that is stock like roms are good like androium,mere..etc for UI miui,baidu,lewa,color are good...!! persnly i dont like lewa at all.....

True that !! and I too like stock base roms :good: but I felt that MERE rom is the best ever because it allows me to install numerous apps whereas other roms take up internal memory and I'll not be able to install more apps, am I correct?!
Also is there any tweak for volume down button through which I can click pic?

ROM is butter smooth and NO LAGS at all. I am using for a day and did not find any errors.
Many thanks to Rahul Saud and LAVA IRIS 504Q Devs and Many Many XDA Authors for their articles through which I could do this update
Manage root permissions in Permissions manager, you need to enable so that applications can ask for root access and you can deny/allow based on your preferences.
I have included ALL Possible tweaks like (init.d already enabled)
** Battery Saving
** I/O Tweaks
** Scheduler Tweaks
** Entropy Generators
** Performance Tweaks
** Kick Ass Kernalizer
** On loading Fix Permissions Scripts
Also

** WSM Tools - XPOSED Installer equivalent for MIUI ROM

Did you "Clean Install" the ROM? Follow the steps like wiping out everything and then do a installation. This should work. Please try and revert.
(OR)
Go to dialer
Dial *#*#4636*#*#
Click Phone information
Ensure the IMEI at the the top of the screen does display IMEI number of your phone
ensure the following parameters set [do not change anything, if you donno what you doing, please]
ensure "set Preferred network type" is equal to WCDMA Preferred
ensure "Turn off radio" is not enabled, if it is enabled, disable it
ensure "Turn on IMS registration required" is disabled, if it enabled, disable it

Yes, I have nova launcher through which i could see the icons for calendar and weather. the primary launcher did not show these items. may be i need to edit the apk... will try.... and revert ...

just install any miui theme or strip a default.mtz from a miui rom and install the same and apply, this problem is resolved. i dont have this problem now.
btw, the miui rom is the best ever fastets rom i have seen workinf for lava iris 504q with many features

hi..i cannot find the link for 4.8.1 full version ROM. the first link[g-drive] is for 4.7.1.
BTW hve to agree that of all the roms i hve used the miui v5 is the best.

MIUI V6 is on the way ....

Very good rom... But my phone memory is getting detected as memory card. Even after going into stock setting options and changing the default memory does not make any difference.is there any way to fix this problem ??

One Issue with the ROM.. the Internal and SD Card are been swapped and creating problem, request you to please provide some solution or will need to be back on my previous ROM.

- Nubia Z11;
- latest GizROM Package;
- TWRP installed.
- nandroid backup is recommended.
#Procedure
First time:
- copy GizROM files on the phone;
- enter the recovery (press simultaneously power and volume- button)
- clean the data partitions, cache and Dalvik cache (system wipe is recommended);
- install ROM from TWRP;
- reboot the device;
- thank the team.
Updating the rom:
- only cache and Dalvik wipe are necessary.
#Enabling notifications guide
1. Head to "Settings -> Notifications and status bar"("Impostazioni -> Notifiche e barra di stato");
2. select the app that needs to have notifications enabled;
3. set the type of notification desired (lock screen, status bar, banner, LED...);
4. open NeoSafe;
5. go to menu "Permissions/Start -> Automatic start" ("Permessi/Avvio -> Avvio automatico");
6. enable automatic start on all the apps you want to receive notifications from;

I have bought Z11 in China and it is currently running 1.56, TWRP, Rooted, Gapps.
I clear cache, data, system and install GizRom 1.4
When I power up the phone, the screen flashed on Nubia logo and then blacked out. Nothing happened after 20 minutes.
I have to go back to 1.56

Which twrp have you used?

I had the same problem. I solved by changing recovery.img inside the zip with another recovery

Where did you get the "another recovery"?

Can anyone help me, I installed the GIZ rom 1.3, it worked but then I update it to GIZ rom 1.5, and now the phone does not start. When I power up the phone, the screen flashed on Nubia logo and then blacked out. Can anyone help me?

Install the boot.img from International firmware 1.20 after flash the rom.

I bring you Batman_Rom_Note Edge for Galaxy Note Edge [N915/F/G/D/T] on 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
To flash the Rom you must know what you are doing and you will have to be at least on custom recovery.
* Installation? Instructions *
* Preferable to flasher with recovery twrp *
1. Boot in TWRP
2. Do a full wipe included Data/system
3. Flash rom and open gapps (link in description) and don't reboot.
4. Install the custom kernel (ramkernel v8.1 is best working) for your respected device variant(You can install F on G model also).
5. Reboot and wait 10 minutes to 15 min Finished.
6. Setup your device with wifi (untick diagnostic report). Note:- sim will not detecting in this process. so dont worry. follow the step 7.
7. Reboot your device into recovery and install data fix.zip file for your varient (for e.g. N910G datafix file required for N915G varient) and reboot device. now your sim will be working.
8. open the magisk manager app and download the zip file and then install the zip file from recovery. now reboot again and open the magisk manager. now your device has been rooted.
9. Reboot.
10. you are done.
11. Configure your Rom in the application Rom.Control. enjoy the rom.

Note: AOD is working but there is an issue of negative colours. then you have to restart your device and turn off AOD. if you guys can solve this issue then it will be a big big thanks.
please don't select note 4 camera in aroma installer, select only note 7 camera.
Special note:- when i try to turn on AOD, negetive color screen appears when turn on. negetive colors will gone when you force close the AOD service in applications then screen will back to the normal. Any developer can fix this issue please fix it and let me know. please if any body fix the screen off swipe to edge feeds.

Install the emotion kernel no crashes so far with that kernel on n915t

i clean installed this, but nly black sceen is showing with some voice assistant when i click screen
is there any stock rom for N915G

Will this work for the SM-N915K version? I suspect not but no harm in asking. Thanks
