When using cm based Roms (slimkat, ressurection remix, etc) Bluetooth can't be enabled and GPS sometimes can be enabled and sometimes not. Has it happened to anyone else? Is there a solution?

I know there has been a lot of wifi problems with Dlink Dir-655 and I9505. While on TW rom's i solved this using a guest wifi in the router.
Yesterday i flashed MIUI that is based on CM 10.1 (after flashing a stock rom and wiping everything). Wifi works great at work and when trying tethered networks using wpa2, non broadcasted wifi's etc but at home it doesnt even try to connect to either one of my networks.
Is the wifi problems the same for CM based rom's? I was under the impression that the wifi driver would be different than samsung stock and therefore not have the same issues? Or is it a HW issue? Any workarounds possible?
Been googling/searching all over the place but can't find any answers (looking mostly for wifi issue on CM as MIUI is rather uncommon).
Hello, I've tried a lot of cyanogenmod 13 based roms, even cyanogenmod itself, and 4G never worked on any of them.. I'm on g900f, tried changing apn and it didn't work anyway, any help?
No one knows anything? I've tried AOSP roms, and they don't have LTE working for me either..
Make a clean installation of the latest CM13 SNAPSHOT, I used to have the same issue on the late nightlies but the Snapshot fixed it.
I tried that, but as soon as I flashed a custom kernel it stopped working.. Any ideas why?
I'm on latest 6.0.1 original samsung rom update, and lte/4g option is gone, there is just 2g and 3g options... Also gps is buggy when you turn it on, it automatically sets to high accuracy for spying...
I had to return to stock because lte only works during the initial configuration on AOSP Roms.. That's strange. On stock 4G is perfect..

I have been having this issue with the S% for sometime now, Where if I reboot the phone all is fine, but after a while when I switch on my WIFI it will not automatically connect to my network.
I have the G900f variant with the latest CM13 from the unofficial branch and has crazy super kernel installed.
I have had other roms and custom kernels installed but the issue was still persistent.

Does the issue persist when you use the included kernel of the ROM? Personally I've only seen these issues when using a custom kernel.

I have not tried that, only because I have tried other kernels, I just thought that it would be unlikely to have all custom kernels to have the same bug.
But nevertheless I see if it will happen with stock kernel.
Recently, I move out to custom rom, but I notice in my device i can't add manual wifi network. Any body have that issue? There's any solution for that?
I tried, Pixel Experience, CAF and AOSP, Arrow OS, crdroid, and the same result.
I have tried Resurrection Remix and OmniRom, and I can't get wifi calling to work on either of them. Neither ROM's thread has any mention that wifi calling does not work, and I tried asking in the Resurrection Remix thread for help, but got no response, which leads me to believe there's something wrong with my phone. Or is this some secret issue no one wants to talk about? If I flash back to the stock ROM, wifi calling starts working again.

I am using Arrow OS Pie 9.0, with Immensity Kitchen Knife kernel, and WIFI calling works well on my phone. I haven't had any issues at all.
