I have recently bought a galaxy Note 4. I see very poor 4G performance on this set even i compare it with other Samsung models such as galaxy s5, or s4. Even a lenovo a-606 performs great even it is to low in price and specification (at the same time and place). Please advise what can i do to overcome this problem. I have already activated 4G key on my handset.
I am using sm 910c on ooredoo network. 4g signal quality is quiet excellent in most of the area.

Hello i bought the note II yesterday and i'm disappointed with the dataspeed connection.
I own the original galaxy note which was on XXLRT latest firmware and i was getting arround 6.9Mbps of download speed.
But today after using the note II it was a nightmare for me. the maximum speed i got on 3G is 1.2Mbps with a lot of switching between 2G and 3G. Now i'm very angry. i don't know what is the problem.

Hi, I just bought the Note 3 4G (LTE) in Dubai for 2800 Durhams. They did not have the Exynos model in stock as someone bought the last one before me.
The original price was 3000 durhams for the note 3 lte but because I visitied the shop a few times and wanted the exynos the cashier gave it to me for 2800.
Was this the right choice to buy the Snapdragon Version? Thanks

I recently switched from an iphone 4s to the new galaxy s5 and the side by side comparrison for signal is terrible ( same network with rogers) my old iphone never had a problem and the s5 is ****e! i have taken the s5 off searching for the lte network because i dont have it where i live with no improvements. is there anything internal i can do or get done to the phone to improve signal? Rogers has absolutely no answers for me!

I don't think it's because it is s5 necessarily ) I have full all the time with 3g and 2 lines all the time with 4g/lte
Maybe u have aluminium case? Or give it a try with software update... Flash newer bootloader and radio... Or factory reset

Hello all,
I have a note 4 and my wife has a note 2 both on sprint. Her phone has much better and much more consistent 4G than my my note 4. The problem is that her note 2 use to be mine, and when I upgraded to the note 4 I gave her my note 2. When I had the note 2, I had the same inconsistent service as I do currently with my note 4. On her previous phone (S4) she had the same superior service on her device compared to mine.
The weird thing is that it seems to be her phone number that has the higher connectivity. This was idea was quasi confirmed by a sprint technician a year ago. I haven't received any beneficial help from sprint customer support; does anybody here know how I can get my phone to have the same connectivity calibration as my wife's?
So I mistakenly bought the S5+ (G901F) from a seller thinking its the regular S5. I just want to know if there is any significant difference in battery life between the 2 models?
The only difference between the two devices is that the G901F is the LTE-A version, which supports the 4G Cat-6 network speeds (300/50mbps instead of 150/50mbps). As far as I know, no carriers support this yet apart from the ones in South Korea. The battery life/capacity is exactly the same on both devices.

You also get a better cpu with the s5+ snapdragon 805 (same as nexus 6)vs snapdragon 801
