Hello, i have a gs4 i9505 and i've started to encounter this problem. Everything works normal for a few days than out of nowhere, when i play a video (from youtube, internet, internal memory) it freezes and audio keeps playing, sometimes the screen turn green. And i can't unlock my phone for several minutes. The only solution is to reboot my phone but after some time the problem appears again. What do you think is happening? Also, i should mention that i am on stock firmware ufnc4 and not rooted.

Dial *#1234# and tell me what appears.
Yes the code for firmware version. My version appears, i've made an update and now i am on ungng8.

I have the Polish version and I am very happy with the phone until now. When I choose a contact from the list it takes about 5 seconds to start dailng. It is the same thing even if I call from the call log. The phone is not rooted on KE4. Any help.will be appreciated.

Almost every smartphone I have ever used has a small lag time from the second i press dial to the actual dial tone coming through.
The problem was an app. Now it is fine. Thank you all.

So the other day I was going through my settings since I'm fairly new to the S5 and noticed there was a feature that was just like the windows phone find my phone but a little better. I tried to use it and turn it on but after going back to the original security page it still says off or when I add a number to the part where it will notify you when the Sim I changed it doesn't save the number. Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm also using the tmobile variant of the s5

I am also using Omega ROM. And it is working in mine. Did you uninstalled or froze any system apps?... It might be due to that.

Nope the only thing I did was flash a couple mods from omega like YouTube and sms

I'm going to try to reflash the rom again after I charge it a little and see if that might fix it

No... Mine is working properly, no matter what I do...
Hmm I'll pull a log cat.. I have done multiple clean installs and everything possible.. maybe it doesn't work with the T-Mobile variant.

Might be possible....
After reading around and searching. The Samsung security feature is not on the t-mobile variant. The t-mobile one used lookout instead of findmymobile

I got my note 4 this week and i can't find stock ringtones and notifications in the sound menu
I just flashed stock fw but nothing changed, is this normal?

Have you looked into keyboard settings and seen if it has been disabled somehow?

Sometimes when i launch the camera app or snapchat i get black screen the camera doesnt seem to work .
Sometimes only the rear camera works
I have to restart the phone everytime to get it working
