hi everyone I have been looknig on CL, Ebay and Swappa but cant seem to find an empty Nexus 4 box and I know someone has to have one somewhere.
I'm collecting nexus devices...
i just finished repairing a cracked LCD nexus 5 i got off CL and bought a nexus 5 box on ebay...
i got a nexus 4 8 GB on CL for like $80 but it had no box and I cant seem to find one anywhere.
does anyone on here have one they want to sell?

lol for this instance i dont mind paying for a legitimate empty box. You are way too kind and i appreciate that. Please let me know if you do happen to come across it, im itching to get my collection together.
Currently I now have:
Nexus ONE with box and original nexus Dock accessory and box as well
Samsung Galaxy Nexus 16 GB korea GSM edition which works on ATT just fine here with original box and extended battery and battery door and dock as well
Nexus 4 8 GB (no box) (will be buying white glass and rear surround to update this to a white model)
Nexus 5 OEM white 16 GB (CL cracked glass $80) bought $40 digitizer off amazon and works great with no light bleed and accurate colors
Nexus 6 White 64GB with box
Nexus 9 White 16 GB with box
Plans on picking up an 8 GB developer edition white 2012 nexus 7, 2013 White nexus 7 and Nexus 10
I just love the Nexus devices and if they have a white variant I want it even more.

Is anyone knows where can i get a box + pappers (manuals) exept of eBay?
In case someone want to get rid of the box - i would like to buy (but currently i'm out of u.s...so i will pay for delivery).

Why does it have to be in the original boxing? You could make a surprise and put it in many boxes, and the final box would be a paper ugly box, where the person getting the present though that he was getting **** and then i bright phone appears..
No but really... The instructions are not needed, the box, you look at it 1 time and you never see it again, the charger you got many of them.. It isn't worth getting the box in my opinion..

[Q] Screen gone
Hey guys
The day was not going good since the beginning and got worse by the end when I lost the display and screen of my beloved nexus 4.
The display turns on but the touch is not working at all. Rest the glass of course is broken.
I am posting a picture of the phone as well.please advise me from where I should purchase the display and what is the cost. Another question . Is the bezel attached to the display ? Will it be replaced as well(getting greedy )
Anddd if the display is expensive , we have a date for the nexus 5 as well. Any clues on its pricing?

For parts look up eBay. I think there was a thread on where to get all the parts for N4. If someone can point out. Anyway, if the fixing price is over $100 I would just get a new one from play store. New cost $199 or wait for Nexus 5. Seems like Google going to announce it in October with Android 4.4.

So, I'm assuming a large number of you will buy the Nexus 5 when it comes out. My question is this: How much do you plan to ask for your Nexus 4, assuming you plan to sell it. Do you think the fact that the Nexus 4 is sold out and obsolete will have any impact on your asking price, or more importantly, on the price a buyer agrees to?

Depends , I would shoot to sell at 200-300$
The gsm gnex still goes for 200-250 so....

Well here in India, it is still available at Local Shops, I bought the phone with Indian warranty just a month back for 418$ 16gb. I will atleast try to get 350$+ with it's 11 month warranty still left.

Check out sites such as eBay, Craigslist etc. to get an idea of what to sell the N4 for. Also keep in mind that the condition, accessories (box, original charger etc) and GB version, possibly even color (white or black version) all increase/decrease value.

They are still available here brand new, I just upgraded to one for free but they are selling for $300 unlocked with a plan (no contract though).
So I doubt you could get much over $250 with the way people are around here. That's Canadian $$ too lol

I asked to trade in my Nexus 4 at one of my local shops and they said they can't take it because apparently the serial number sticker is not there. I didn't think it was in important at all. Just peeled it off when it faded. Does that mean you can never resale without that back sticker. That can't be a reason to order a replacement surely.

$200-250 will probably be the market value in the USA once the N5 comes out. What other phones with similar specs and popularity are there? The closest competition are used Galaxy S3s (which I think is inferior to the N4).
I know basically everyone who wants a 2013 Nexus 7 probably has one by now, but just thought this was worth letting everyone know about. O2 sell the Wi-Fi version of the tablet next to the LTE model. They don't specify a capacity on the website, so I assumed I'd be getting a 16GB model. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that they delivered a 32GB Nexus to me! Worth knowing about if you're thinking of picking one up.

I ordered an unopened new 16GB for £120 from ebay the other day, it's too late for me to return it as it wont be here for another 10 days or so (coming from America) ah well haha
