Battery Life?
How is the battery life when compared with Moto G 2nd gen and also battery drain connected to sony smartwatch 2 whole of the time with data pack on and some litle fair usage??

Mine was 16mbs. But failed to buy it.
Can any one pls tell me how to take a slow motion video on this phone
Can the yureka be used on the AT&T network in the states?
If I could actually get a yureka to the states would I be able to use it on the AT&T network? It's gsm and 800/1900, which I believe is compatible with AT&T but I'm sure missing something, any input would be appreciated.

Hi,
Can someone please post some screenshots of how the GPS works or does not work on the Yureka? How does it sense direction in the absence of a compass? How does it show which direction to turn? does it show your direction of travelling correctly etc etc.
Please help as I am a heavy user of GPS and I use SYGIC and Here maps.

I fully charged (first charge) & it lasts up to only 12-13 hrs with moderate use. I charged at around 10-11 PM & its last upto 11AM only. :crying:
May be it will improve over the time. :angel:

Problem with sd card
hi friends,
please help me with a weird problem i m having with my Yureka.
i am having a 16gb sd card which i was using with my previous mobile and all my contacts are saved on this as contact_0001.vcf.
yesterday i tried to import contacts from the sd card,but this file was not traced by the file manager, and also the file manger shows the used space and free space og the sd card but contents are not displayed(of sd card)...
any fix for this problem....

first make sure the card is intact and not damaged. If its not damaged, the yureka will detect it. After detecting, open through file manager and click on the contact.vcf file and it will restore

I appreciate your quick response sir,
my sd card is intact,not damaged.....working fine with my samsung galaxy ace...
while the contents are not displayed in the file manager,the used space and free space are.
means only internal storage is visible .....all my media which is on the sd card, like videos,music,my docs and excel files are not visible in the file manager.
since file manger does not show the content of the sd card, i am unable to click the .vcf file....
any other solution please...

try this app, as..on kitkat many people faced problems related to sd card this may fix : Link
If this doesn't work, try out any other SD Card if its working, if still no luck then I think this might be a problem with yureka's sd card slot

I'm looking to buy this phone but I've a slight confusion. I have Micromax Canvas Nitro & both phones have almost same specs on paper; so if anyone knows(by experience), please tell if yureka is worth buying over Canvas Nitro or should I look for other phone. I had the problem too, it was because of the mac id. It's not my actual mac id so I assume it's a fixed one. Just add this one to your router and it should work.

I saw the same issue regarding the wifi posted in some other threads as well - Someone mentioned that when they took out the sd card or something and restarted the phone the wifi worked - Can be given a shot - just a suggestion -

SD Card Question
Won't removing the SD card corrupt the system memory settings? I remember reading somewhere that WP7 integrates the SD card memory as integrated memory on start up. So, I am assuming that if you remove the card to correct the WIFI issue won't the phone crash or at the least not recognize the storage space designated by the SD card?
Also, were you doing this while the phone was off and then powering it back on, or did you physically remove the memory card while running, and connect to WIFI and then re-inserted the SD back again? Just curious.

well i don't know by me everything worked after that becouse wp7 didn't recognize my sd sadly i hope if i buy a new one that, that one will work

It was me ... but now i had another problem, WP7 don't format my sd card and make partition as it should i tried to install wp7 again but the same story is happened...
P.S i'm using SD that comes with hd2 originally it is sandisk 2gb

first go to command prompt and type this commands
diskpart
(wait)
(now type) LIST DISK
this is a list of your hard disks and you must found your memory card from this list
ATTENTION: if you choose wrong partition you lost your data!!!
...
this is a example of that list:
DISK 0 : 500 GB
DISK 1 : 300 GB
DISK 2 : 7800 MB
when found your disk who you want to format it, type
SELECT DISK...
(...) is disk number
wait and enjoy it!

Same problem here.
I have not activated the live services yet, I have only installed wp7 and am trying to connect to my router (smoothwall). 3g/2g works though.

Why does my phone says phone storage is not mounted? I tried everything from factory data reset to the PHV ( Power + Home + Volume Up ) buttons. And it seems nothing is working. I have been looking for answers for days. And i dont think anyone has this problem than me. Im the only one with the problem. SD Card is not reading as well. I tried my SD Card on my wife's SM-N900 ( same as mine ) and it work well. Nothing happened. Is there any solution to this? Please help me solve this issue. Thank you for your time. /;

I tried to download something from WhatApp and it says " Download Failed : Cannot download because no internal shared storage is available. Please unmount it as a disk drive and try again". I never did do anything and it unexpectedly became something like that. Is there no solution to this issue ?

It might be a hardware problem specific to your phone - a bad contact or something similar. Test with 2-3 different micro-SD cards that all are (recently) tested and working fine in other phones.

I did try my wife's SD Card and it went well . And used mine on my wife's phone. But the main problem is that the Phone Storage in not available. How do i correct this hardware problem?

Does the card work (is it seen) in another phone? If yest try to format it on the pc and see if it is recognised then in the N3, if not the card may be damaged.

Yes it worked well on other phone's via alcatel. So it means that there's something wrong with my hardware right ? How do i change the firmware? Maybe something went wrong with its firmware? It has never fell before since its brand new..

My note 3 was doing fine and for past few days suddenly the sd card is not getting recognised and am not able to find which application got updated latest to cause this problem. Please suggest me the solution to this.
I did the card formatting as well factory reset the phone. Still the phone gives message as Blank SD card.
SD card reads in PC and in other phones.

Hi suddenly the SD card starts functioning and today it goes on and off means, sometimes it reads by itself and other time it gives blank sd card.
My note 3 is not rooted and Samsung guys informed that warranty ceases with rooting.
Can I have other workaround without rooting.

I have the same problem with my samsung Gio model: m290k..when i inserted SD card it does not show in my phone, however same SD card is operate in other models..when i try to download whatsapp pictures same message appear on the screen..

I am stuck in same problem when i was massing arround with adding users on my intex aqua power ... i accidently unmounted my internal storage i cant even see my sdcard ... BUt I have terminal emmulator installed on my phone and i can navigate arround my memory card and internal storage /// I took my back up of my memory card in my PC then i copied all the folders from internal storage to sd card and again took backup of it!! It worked for me ... I did get my files back But still coude't mount my sd card or internal storage!!!

No, the phone is not rooted. This problem with photos is the reason why i don't root my phone. because if i can't solve the problem, i will go to warranty.
I had this problem with jelly bean, and after kit-kat update, problem remains here.
So you should go to warranty. i think it is hardware issue

The picture became corrupt. If the picture was good at one point, it's the card's fault. If you store them on a MicroSd, did you happen eject it without unmounting it first?

Maybe you right. MicroSD may be faulty.
But my MicroSD is always in the phone; only one time i use Card Reader for Full Format micro SD. But even after that, after few days some of my photos are corrupted again.
I don't have problem with other data stored on the card. just with camera photos. all other images stored on the card are ok.

Make some photo on your Intenal storage & chk if that also getting corrupt than your phone is faulty otherwise ext. sd card.

No need to go for the warranty right now. You have to check for some steps:
1- Copy this photo to the PC and see if the picture is the same?
2- If Yes then the file might be corrupt due to bad sdcard. Use a **** checker (disk doctor) tool on the PC to check for the sdcard.
3- If No, it means the file is OK but it does not display correctly on your phone. It might be software (gallery) error or something else. Try to use another image view app (e.g ES File Explorer) to open the file and see if the problem still persist?

Try this from Google Play

If that doesn't work try searching for UNDELETE on Google Play. Or come up with your own creative search keywords. You'll see a whole heap of recovery apps like thsi. These have varying effectiveness. 5 might not work, but the 6th one might work like a charm.
I've used apps like this before and they worked like 90% of the time for me. Meaning like 9 out of 10 photos would be found and be recoverable, but the 10th one had already been overwritten by other data. Nothing you can do about that situation.
In the mean time, don't take anymore pictures or download big files. Those could overwrite the spot on the sd card where the photos are located.
Im assuming these are photos of a beuatiful woman....so you can thank me if this works by sending me the photos. :laugh:

Thanks bro but kk sucks the internal sd card is not mounted on pc. It.uses mtp protocol to connect to pc.

How about if you root it, put a custom recovery on it, flash a jelly bean rom, then mount the internal sd on the pc and recover the delted files that way.
Just be sure not to wipe the internal SD in recovery. Just wipe the data.

I have Motorola x play and after issues with my old sd card (32gb) being corrupted when I updated my phone, I managed to get the files off of my phone and then bought a larger- 128gb sd card. I thought my problems would be solved, now I cant even format the new one and it comes up with a little message in a grey box at the bottom of the screen containing numbers and letter, essentially saying its failed every time I try and format it- i've tried formatting it as portable and internal, resetting my phone to factory settings, the same thing happen, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP SO I CAN USE MY PHONE PROPERLY AHHH?
