On all the photos I see of wear devices the weather card is small, but on mine it shows the location name which takes up alot of space and ruins many watch faces. How can I make it smaller like the first image?

Facer and WatchMaker have a Settings option for adjusting the notification card size.
Upgrade (if you have not already)
Open the Android Wear App on your phone, go to Get more watch faces, and any watch face you see will give you smaller "Weather Cards"
Older watch faces have not been updated to the latest Android Wear.

I have been experimenting around with iPhone Webapps and they work amazingly well on my HTC Diamond. Infact, I use a few of them regularly. However, the screen isn't to big, which cramps some of the great features. It wouldn't be that hard to make a app that has a browser built in that would resize/warp the view to the point were it can be used very well. I am not very experienced in making apps such as this, but I do know enough to know that it wouldn't be that hard to do and would open up thousands of new 'apps' to lots of people. I have put together a hard picture of how things may come together below.

While Metro is a cool interface, without utilizing some sort of organizing scheme, it can quickly become a huge mess that makes it difficult to find and launch the desired application. The Metro Start screen allows you to not only create groups but also apply labels to these groups which allows you to organize Metro in your own custom fashion.

I'm pretty sure if you use the new Fused Location Api the prompt will appear automatically
Edit: Here's what you want - https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29801368/how-to-show-enable-location-dialog-like-google-maps
Wouldn't you want a robot widget too? Comes in two sizes too
Coloured in all black coz I'm lazy. You can recolour them easily. Thanks to the grouped attribute pasting option heh.
Time indicator is tap-able (mine launches Alarm Clock Plus). Battery indicator too (I use GSam battery). Please change these. To avoid accident taps to the editor, disable launch in the main editor's screen.

Your device is probably looking for a launcher App, which will organize your Apps for browsing.
Definition: A launcher is to your Android phone as a desktop is to your computer—launchers provide the background interface on your phone and help you organize everything that you need quick and easy access to.
So Nova Launcher is supposed to be the leader, grab this app it will display your installed apps nicely: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teslacoilsw.launcher
