Samsung has a smart watch on the way, a company executive recently confirmed. “We’ve been preparing the watch product for so long,” the company’s executive vice president of mobile Lee Young Hee told*Bloomberg. “We are working very hard to get ready for it.” Samsung recently introduced the Galaxy S4 with a bevvy of accessories, including a smart wrist band that can keep track of calories burned, distance traveled and more, but this is an entirely different product.
Screenshots from*Samsung’s alleged smart watch leaked in mid-February, showing off what appeared to be a version of Android and the “Altius” moniker. The shots suggested that users will not only be able to check the time but also check maps, control music, manage their inbox and more.
Apple, too, is allegedly working on an iWatch, and we imagine there’s going to be a race to the market in some form or another. Samsung’s executive didn’t say when the watch will hit the market, although the urgency in hits quotes suggested Samsung’s working to get it to market as soon as possible.

Linsay new smart watch executive ex-5l

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone has this watch. I don't really need a smartwatch in general, but I wanted one for when I went skiing (didn't want to risk dropping my phone while on the lift, etc.). So, I was looking for an economic smartwatch that could text and take calls. The reviews seem positive, so I went ahead and ordered it from Sears.

One thing that I'm unclear about is, what kind of OS this watch has. It's not listed anywhere on the page. While I wait for it to arrive, I wanted to ask around here to see if anyone has experience with this watch and if anyone sees any possibility for us to hack and install alternative OS.

looks like a java based operating system like many if not all of the cheap chinese non android os watches like my gv18 or the non android zgpax watches

looks like its running something called maui. I found out you can use the flashtools used on the dz09 watches to flash it but i need firmware for it.
I used Maui META to get this info about my watch. I wish I could install an android rom or something. my MTK chip is MT6260 it looks like.

Hi all, I recently bought two of these watches for my kids, as a Christmas present. Perhaps abruptly, but it seemed attractive price and quite complete features for children ages 8 and 10. Then I have seen problems using the application "Care Escort 2", registration problem in this application, etc.
Does anyone know more than the pure propaganda offered by vendors (there are not many) of this watch that has chip MTK 2603?. What would I can expect from him (changing wallpapers?... Personalization screens?... Does anyone know a terminal similar to this? (Several models look alike, but I find no reviews of it or more information from the manufacturer, operating system or anything else...).
may be too new (?) or old already (?) or not as good, no or I know. Seller, once sold, do not know, know little or not answer, assuming you have already placed...

Hi.
After changing the resolution from Developer Options, the touch screen is not active. You can see two screens that are very slightly overlapped. You need to do a hard reset or reboot mode and restore on Android. Otherwise, the watch can be connected to a computer, but there is no way to confirm anything from the watch, incl. and ADB or USB recovery. I'm looking for a solution to the problem.

clone of Ultra Firmware Reversing

Usually when you buy a clone the seller gives you a code which you have to dial to enable the ON/OFF logo of apple ...from a recent trip to hongkong i have purchased 1:1 clone of Apple s8Ultra (pictures attached) i came home and realized there is no logo in my watch after searching a bit i came to know its using
REALTEK RTL8762D SOC.... so fingered it a bit more and extracted the firmware (attached) is there anyone interested in reversing the firmware to have more out of it i have tried loading into the IDA but IDA cant get anything probably because of Unknown RAM loading address...Target is to change the BOOT SWITCH LOGO or startup logo

i have some progress i have found a Memory map is there anyone who can help me with IDA RAM ROM addresss??

Is there a tear down of these clones somewhere? I am curious about the internal components. Just to find out if there components that are disabled for different markets. I'm also glad you're taking a gander at this. It would be awesome to have an open source version of it with some enhancements.
Also what changed in recent years to make these watches possible at such a price point (like $12)? It feels like there's too much technology in them for that price.
