I have N900 with 4.4.2 - my rom is CRISKELO-Rom V11
I think the dev stop the update the rom..
but I want to know if the Lollipop is out official to N900 ?
NO N9005 !!
and why no one want to develop Good rom to N900 ?
Nothing Official came out
Exynos devices have kinda crappy Dev support (no offence to anyone), as compared to Snapdragon devices.
Lollipop update for Note 3 & S5 is coming soon.

I9505 will be leading even then my friend I doubt that Samsung will ever release complete req codes which makes work tuff for dev

If you want to have the choice of anything other than modified stock roms then you are better off with the Snapdragon mate.
Being the basis for the Google edition should mean aosp development is mighty fine.

Your better of with a i9505 for custom roms.
I9505 all the way.
From Phandroid's article:
Despite being the biggest and most successful, Samsung isn’t always the most vocal player in the game when it comes to discussing upgrades to new versions of Android. The company has yet to formally detail a list of devices that will be receiving Android 4.4 KitKat.
Phandroid 4.4 KitKat
While anyone might have guessed that the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 might have been in line, a source close to the matter has confirmed to Phandroid that the following list of devices will be receiving the illustrious upgrade (devices in bold have already started to receive official rollouts):
Samsung Galaxy Note 2 SGH-i317
Samsung Galaxy S3 SGH-i747
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 SM-t217a
Samsung Galaxy S4 SGH-i337
Samsung Galaxy S4 Active SGH-i537
Samsung Galaxy Mega SGH-i527
Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom SM-c105a
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N900a
Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 SGH-i467
Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini SM-g730a
As you can see, the Note 3′s rollout started late last month over in Poland, and should be heading to other regions as Samsung works out logistics and testing. As for the Samsung Galaxy S4, it was only this morning that Samsung began pushing out KitKat for users of the LTE-A variant over in South Korea.
Early reports of firmware from both the Galaxy S4 and Note 3 suggest Samsung didn’t change much in KitKat, though that’s because most of their significant upgrades came with the upgrade to Android 4.3 (which mainly enabled new camera features and Galaxy Gear compatibility). Users are treated to improved performance, though, as well as slight changes to Samsung’s UI which amount to little more than a couple of new icons.
Unfortunately, that’s about the length of our knowledge thus far. There’s no telling when, exactly, Samsung will look to push the upgrades out, nor do we know if they’re even close to being ready for public consumption.
android-kitkat
More than anything, though, we’re just happy to know that devices dating back to 2012 are getting some love (especially considering a lot of other OEMs have already abandoned phones that only released just last year). We’ll be looking to dig up any information we can on the impending updates in the weeks (or months) to come.

Sammobile said our device and Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 are cheap devices and they're not sure if Samsung will bring KitKat to budget phones -_- God bless us.

What's the difference from the normal S3 mini (8190) to the G730A? Why did they create a new model number for an already existing model? Can I install this new firmware on the older model?

I hope they publish an oficial rom for international phones... So far all custom roms have some glitches... I'll be expectating...
There's many roms for this phone. I like the Carbon Rom personalization, but it's isn't ready yet on 4.4...

Kernel source is not released by Samsung...dont expect AOSP build for Note 3...
Not yet, but about 2 months ago it was in 'Upcoming devices' in an update they posted on their website, so I'm sure it will come out eventually, hehe.
To know when it will come out exactly, I'd suggest you following cyanogenmod on G+

Hi,
If you want newer devices with arm64 processor architecture, A5 is the best for you. You can upgrade it to 5.0.2 Lollipop via OTA for the best experience with arm64 devices.
But, if you end up yourself choosing S4, I suggest you to buy GT-I9505 or GT-I9506, not GT-I9500/GT-I9515. Developments on both devices are harder than in GT-I9505 or GT-I9506.

I never test both devices for real (I don't have both GT-I9505 and SM-A500F (A5)). But, at least, both devices have same battery capacity.

2)Yes its true we haven't got any new updates or news from dr.ketan from last few weeks But i don't think he will stop development (Especially For Note Series) as per his great contributions and love towards Note Series
3)By the way thank you so much for the thread which opened another wing of possibilities for future note 5 development
Same features as S8 nothing news
no new ROM for note 5 . bad news!
I don't want to change it

Its not a rom, its firmware.
Firmware would need to be made into a rom and then heavily modified to work on any device it wasnt designed for.
Which is why its posted here.....the base to work with to port to the note 5...same would apply to the note 7.
And why are you asking about if it works on the note 7 when this is a note 5 forum?
Some of you people are so confused

I have a SM-N930L that you can reasonably assume has identical hardware to the SM-N935L, except the battery. I'm tempted to put the stock rom on there. Maybe once I get my Note 8.
