Hi all
I downloaded and updated the firmware, i got the boot logo, then the updating of android apps, then the boot logo again, the lockscreen loads up and then after 10 seconds, no matter what i do the phone automatically reboots and does the same thing over and over again,
Anyone have any ideas? i have re downloaded and reflashed the firmware, im a bit stuck

Try booting into stock recovery(volume up+home button+power button) and factory reset it. I had kinda the same problem and this helped.

So today I received my new i9505, after unsimlocking the phone, I successfully flashed the latest CyanogenMod 10.1. But as I notice some scratch on the side of the phone, I have decided to return the phone. So I had to reflash the phone to official firmware.
I reflashed the official French firmware. Everything was ok until the reboot. The phone stuck on "SAMSUNG" screen and does nothing. And everytime I tried to shut the phone down with power button, the phone retart and keep stucking on the "SAMSUNG" logo; I had to remove the battery to shut down the phone everytime.
If someone can help me please. Thank you very much.

boot into recovery and wipe data and cache then reboot
and if the above suggestion didn't work.. you can try flashing another firmware/rom
maybe it was a bad download. try downloading again.

Hey Guys,
So I went from Original firmware I337MVLUAMDJ to I337MVLUAMG1 through Samsung Kies. Everything installed, upon start up, I would past the splash screen, and the next screen that displays "Samsung" in glowing colors, gets stuck there. I've tried battery pulling for 1 minute, holding power + vol + home together, and it seems to not want to get past that screen.
I've already read through numerous forums and threads and have tried various steps, I'm just not sure at this point whether its a procedure that I'm missing, or if its software.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Boot into recovery and wipe cache. If that doesn't solve it. Boot again into the recovery and wipe system/data. My guess is your phone will be working again.
Hi guys. I flashed Ehndroix rom yesterday and I didn't like rom so much. I've tried to turn stock 4.4.2 20d but my phone stucked at bootloop. I can not go donwload mode or hard reset mode because I can't power off device. What should I do? Sorry for bad english. Thanks for your help.
Hold the power button longer. About 10 seconds till the lg logo cames back 1 short time. Then it should be complete off
Hey everyone, I recently got an i9505 that...Is unable to boot and stay on. It doesn't get past the splash screen and reboots itself, the only way to let it stay on is booting in recovery mode or download mode. I tried flashing various Odin packages and PITs, but nothing changed, except for the fact that before it wasn't able to boot in recovery, while now it is. I tried booting with another battery, but the result is the same, and the problem isn't the power button since it doesn't reboots while in recovery or in download mode. Any suggestions to make this old thing work again? Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad English.

Start by booting into recovery mode. Then clear the cache, after restore factory settings. Reboot the phone and give it 10 to 20 min to boot.
Hi guys .. so i downloaded a custom theme from here ( dna aos-p black ) .and it worked however when i restarted my phone it was all messed up so i went to reapply it and then my phone restarted and now is stuck in boot loop.. it shows flashing Samsung logo and then optimizing apps and the turns off and repeats..
Phone is on android 8 with may security patch ... PLEASE HELP.. And thanks..
if memory serves you need to:
- while the phone is booting - once the Samsung logo starts appearing, press and hold "volume down + power button"
if it doesn't reboot then try playing around with your timing - when to start pressing both buttons.
if you get the timing right the phone should reboot into download mode form where you can flash the latest stock ROM
