Since updating to 4.1.8.3 I have an issue with certain apps and certificates. There is an app on the google market from motorola to resolve this but unfortunately in their infinite wisdom they have restricted it to the US - I am in Ireland and can't get it.
The app is "Atrix Certificate Updater" from Motorola Mobility, Inc.

i have a simple question .. i have Huawei U8800 im using latest MIUI
but i can not find google maps ,, can not find it in market too ,,
tried to install it as APK file but could not do that .. any idea how to solve this ?

i found a solution .. it seems like i had a region problem
google maps was not available in my region ( although it was available in stock ROM )
the solution was in app called " market enabler " wish will change your region and let you dowbload all apps
the app will let you go back to your original region any time you want
