[Q] nexus 4 custom roms sms send error

hey i have this issue when i use any custom rom i am unable to send a text message with data bt when i'm on stock rom i can send. i have switched radios, bootloaders and kernels still no success. anyone that has any idea what i'm experiencing plz help me out here????

i rooted my g7102 with GENNXT PREROOTED ROM V-1 A2

now when somebody send me a sms, it will be received about 12 mins later
and sometimes that sms not received
same in sim1 and sim2
dear xda-ers, how can i fix it?

I have no problem with sms, I think you can try rom v1.3

Clear data cache of messaging app and restart and test out the application.

Sms worked fine today but now i cant recive any sms any1 have same problem?

Viber problem

Hello dear friends,
I have Samsung Galaxy S4 ( GT- I9115VE) Past days i took viber video call to my friends. But 4 days ago it's stop(video call). Then i reinstalled viber application and try again. But still have a problem. After that i reset my mobile and install viber. But problem not solved. Then i reinstalled system software via odin (i download it from sammobile). then reinstalled the viber. But the problem is still in. What am i do? I have lolipop 5.0.1 . Please Help Me....:crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:
