I would love to install KK 4.4.4 from sprint on my international N9005. Is this possible?
I'm not talking about an note 4 port or something that could be more than buggy. I currently use inofficial CM12, so my bootloader is unlocked and knox is tripped anyways. I wouldn't mind if LTE doesn't work because it's not supported on my carrier plan, but I would highly appreciate a rom that's more stable than the cm nightly builds that I used for the last 3-4 months.
Hi u can install the tmobile version of sprint 4.4.4 that is located in tmobile android development. Its by Allenjthomsen. And also use the sprint 4.4.4 kernel which is avalaible there.

I am on att and want to buy S4 . But the new phones that are being given out seems to be booloader locked. I want a device that I can install roms of my choice.
Can some one answer some of the questions I have, please ?
1- Is s4 fully compatible with ATT Lte bands ? ( Seems there are few mods to be done to get it right. Am I right ? )
2- Are ASOP based S4 roms for international version compatible with S4 GE ?
3-Are TW based S4 roms for international version compatible with S4 GE ?
4- Or Can I find an ATT version that is bootloader unlocked ?
Thanks
AP
I can only answer 1 and 2. Works fine with ATT. There is no bootloader unlock for the ATT S4, however, if you can find one with MBD or MDL firmware you can bypass it with Loki to install custom ROMs.

Bootloader Unlocked Version
To answer #4, there is a developer version available from AT&T. Outright price as is G-i9505G.
It will have Touchwiz and all Samsung bloatware where GE version has what appears (UI) to be AOSP and is already on 4.3.
I have the Note 3 N900 (Octacore version) on Tmobile and I was trying to figure out If I can use the Roms for Tmobile version of the phone on the N900 or not? Or is there a rom for Tmobile that can work for the N900?
N900 is kind of the least bought Note 3 variation, and so there is little development for it. Other than not having wifi calling and carrier bloat, what benefit would there be to trying a T-Mo ROM? Because of the differences in hardware, I would say that it's not recommended to flash a T-Mo ROM. Also, the point of getting a N900 or N9005 is that you don't want to be tied to any carrier isn't it?
Got a ? Can I change the software if the phone been flashed to use [email protected] or t-mobile my phone the galaxy s5 Verizon it has 4.4.2 and I want 4.4.4
No offense, but could you explain that a little better?
I have a verizon phone galaxy s5 flashed on the AT&T network I'm wondering if I can change the OS software to 4.4.4. since its been flashed with AT&T I'm on 4.4.2
Got a ? It was some what talked about in a post my phone is unlocked to use different carriers. my OS version is galaxy s5 4. 4. 2 with out safestrap can i use Oden to put 4.4.4 OS on with out massing up the carrier flash it's Verizon phone but can use att
Before I get into my inquiry if there has already been a thread asking this please feel free to drop the link below.
So for about 3 weeks I've been researching that the n900v can be used on T-MOBILE US service because it has the bands for LTE service. I've also seen that some t-mobile ROMs have been up and running on n900v.
My question is, is the inability to root for lollipop preventing us from having more ROMs than just KitKat (And the lone lollipop ROM), or is there a lot of bugs when cooking a T-Mobile ROM to be a daily driver for the n900v?

Verizon note 3 on Lollipop will NOT take any other ROMS. You can only liad Verizon stock ROMs.

Hmmz so something in lolli and marshmallow stopped the n900v from working with other ROM variants. That sucks

I have 2 N900V phones with Alliance roms with safestrap on both. , wifes phone has a a bad switch so i bought a used N900V on Swappa. The phone came with TWRP installed so i flashed Alliance rom and everything works on except it is stuck on 3G. have tried most suggestions i could find and nothing works. So i thought it might be the rom, thought i remembered reading some where that Alliance rom may not work on TWRP. I installed Android 8.1]LineageOS 15.1 which works ok but still no 4G. The phone has a 4G back cover and model numbers are newer than my other 2 phones. Any ideas? Thanks for any help, my wife loves this phone Also i tried my sim card and both sim cards are new.

Its a intresting problem with the roms on our note 3's. All pie, oreo, nougat roms with cdma carriers like sprint and verizon are hit and miss. Even touchwiz based roms have cdma carrier issues. Also costom oreo and pie roms dont have nfc
