that option is available only on AOSP roms,such as CM,OMNI,RR,AOSB and etc
I don't know how to switch on stock but if you install cm12.1 you will have art runtime it's cool with art bro

Multiwindow is not included unless whomever built it cherry-picked it - MW is a work in progress.

i need your help, i looking for a guide or mod to tabbed settings in CM11 for i9500,
when i trying for do what guide for cm10 or another and i can't even recompline the apk,
maybe an error in the new files that not match other old files.
i wan't to ask if anyone know a mod or guide?
i have to mention , i find a app that have a new setting app but one have lots of bug another with the TW style,
i want to use the CM THEME i used in the rom (hate TW style)

The 2 things which i need is :
1.) Unlock Effects like Abstract Tiles,Ink etc.
2.) Different types of patterns like Morphing etc.

I don't think samsung want to make a nugat for s5 its just a bit old we have to wait to be syre
