I am running the Verizon S5 on Rick's Rom, everything works great. But it seems that I have lost my ability to mirror my screen with chromecast? I have searched, and only found ways to root my chromecast...
I have had no issues in the past with my rooted s3, s4 and my two "pre Ni-9" rooted s5s... any thoughts?

Hey all,
So I'm coming from a Galaxy S3 to a Note 3 that I've acquired (both VZW). On my S3 I had to use Saferoot in order to have a rooted ROM installed, and from a quick sniffing through the Note3 forums it appears I'll have to do the same for the Note3(?); I had problems trying to use Link2SD on my S3, I assume due to Saferoot (I've asked in the forums here, as well as a couple emails right to the L2SD dev, who never responds), so my question is, does L2SD actually work on the Note3 or will I be stuck in the same situation?
Thanks!
Hello,
I have a rooted Sprint Galaxy Note 4 that i'm trying to set up as a mobile hotspot to run other devices. I've tried all the custom roms availabe that shows HotSpot working out of the box. But everyone i've tried didn't work. I've followed all instructions in trying to get it to work using Galaxy Tools apk, but nothing seems to work.
If anyone out there can shed some light, i'll greatly appreciate it.

Hi, I have the same problem with my sprint note 4! I have rooted and test everything
I have an ROOTED AT&T variant Galaxy S5 on Kitkat (4.4.2). Lately, the OS have been freezing up a lot. So I think, it might be best to do a reset/restore to factory default, while staying on KitKat (I would like to use Xposed still and I think it is still not fully working on lollipop). This is my first Android device, so I am unsure what can I do to reset/restore the OS to factory default and reroot it. Can someone give me some instructions?
Also, looking through the AT&T Galaxy S5 Android Development forum, I noticed there are a few custom roms for the AT&T Galaxy S5. Can someone suggest one that would not be as bloaty/freezes up as much as stock? I am looking at a few of the roms on that board and I don't know what to look for.
They are saying S7 can now be rooted, even though it's still unstable...do we still not have a solution for S5 from Att? I cant wait...my S5 is perfect for me and would be even better if rooted! FYI Ive upgraded to marshmallow.
crickets.
I did root by following instructions from this thread.
Everything appears to have worked but I just noticed that Netflix is no longer working.
I was wondering if anyone has successfully installed Magisk on the Verizon Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N900V) and could offer any tips before I proceed or any other suggestions to get apps like Netflix to work properly.
