I was thinking about buying this Note 4 that is stuck in lock screen. Anyone seen this issue before? How is the recovery on the Note 4? Thanks!

See the red line around the edge of the screen? It also happens when i switch input method and even sometime when the chrome is freshing the webpage.
I have a galaxy s4 and the screen does this, its never been drop.
