Stuck on "Bootloader Unlocked" Screen - Droid RAZR M Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi, my wife's Razr M has been running the M12 of CM11 since it dropped last month, has rooted, unlocked bootloader, TWRP 2.8.1.0, and everything has been fine....last night her battey ran down to 0% and shut off. She charged it back up to 100% without booting overnight, and now, today, it won't boot! I can get it into AP Fastboot, or Recovery, but not into Android It just sits at the bootloader logo ("Bootloader UNLOCKED" moto screen) and after a minute, blinks, and goes back to that screen. I have tried re-flashing the bootloader, modems, and even the full ROM but it still get stuck on the bootloader screen and never makes it further on it's own.
Any suggestions for getting it to boot into the system? :-\

[Q] Google icon bootloop

Then I turn on the phone google logo appears, stays for few secs then phone turn offs, after a sec it turns on again with a google logo and it goes like this infinitely. I can't get into recovery, because the same happens if i click Recovery in fastboot. It fixes after charging the battery a bit, probably my battery was dead before, but today I fully charged phone, tried to root my phone so I unlocked bootloader and when I needed to factory data reset, in recovery mode i got red triangle, I turned the phone on and off and got this bootloop again.
Any ideas on how to fix?
EDIT: Finally i turned it on, rooted the phone installed franco kernel, hybryd radio, and ParanoidAndroid, with bad gapps, reinstalled good gapps and now the phone does it again, except it doesnt restart, just freezes at google logo screen
After bootloader is unlocked flash a custom recovery through fastboot, boot to new recovery, wipe all, flash ROM of choice
If this doesn't work then wipe all in fastboot and flash ROM through fastboot, but a working recovery is nice to have

Storm Bricked and Fastboot Broken

Hi all,
I got my Wileyfox storm running stock CMOS 13.0 in April and had no problems for about a month. Eventually, I got a pop-up notification with an "Incremental Update" for the phone. I downloaded it and when ready to install, I did so - or at least tried. The update finished and booted into recovery for some reason. At the time I didn't question it and just rebooted the phone from recovery. This led to a boot hang on the "Cyanogen Mod Ready" boot screen.
After searching around for a fix I eventually tried to flash over the stock ROM via Fastboot - which for some reason errored on emmc_appsboot and the phone rebooted itself - with a penguin instead of the Wileyfox boot logo and STILL hangs on the Cyanogen screen. I can also now not boot into fastboot and not boot to fastboot from recovery either (which I CAN still boot to).
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this ASAP??? Help would be greatly appreciated!
Many thanks.
I've finally found something that works, unplug the battery for a day or two, then plug in and charge and turn on and might boot properly. Frustrating having to do it every time you get into the bootloop hang and doesn't work every time but still probably salvageable.....I discovered after being bricked for 14 months.

Stuck on"Your device is booting now"

So, I unlocked my bootloader, flashed a revolution recovery then I got my phone stuck on that screen. After a lot of tries and countless volume up and down random pressing I got the phone into e-recovery and I got it to work. The phone experienced
a lot of lag issues since then; so I tried a factory reset. The phone after reset had no keyboard but the google voice activated one.
So I relocked my bootloader and decied to try it again .... I unlocked the bootloader, flashed a TWERP recovery, and the phone got stuck again but this time for the life of me I can't get it to open.
It shows Huawei logo for 1 second then the screen that says:
"Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted.

Need help to unbrick my phone

Hi,
I have a Note 4 t-mobile that is "brick" right now. and I hope if anyone offer assistance.
It is running Android 6. Ever since the last upgrade the phone would freeze and reboot on its own. I fixed that problem by installing Wake Lock. After that it would still experience sluggish at time but the phone is still very much usable.
Lately, after watching a bit of streaming video the phone would slow down so much that a reboot is needed. But yesterday my last reboot turned my phone into a brick. After that reboot the phone rebooted itself to the download mode. So I took the battery out, waited for a few minutes and put the battery back in and started the phone. Instead of booting normally the phone displayed the message including "set warranty bit: recovery" and then followed by the flashing TWRP splash screen. By "flashing TWRP splash screen" I mean the TWRP splash screen ( with the TEAMWIN logo) would be shown on the screen for a second, then the screen black out for a couple of seconds, then the splash screen is back on for a second, and the screen black out for a couple of seconds, etc, and never successfully boot into TWRP recovery. I had left the flashing splash screen overnight and nothing changed. Connect the phone to my pc via usb and fastboot wouldn't recognize my phone when phone was flashing the TWRP splash screen. So I tried to flash TWRP again by starting my phone in download mode "volume down + power". When I connected my phone to my pc Odin recognized my phone. But when I tried to flash a custom recovery (TWRP or CWM) it seems the download started but never finished (on the phone I could see the progress bar started but never progress further).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated1
Additonal info
I just wanted to add that my phone is still running the stock ROM.
Problem solved
Problem solved. Once I used a different cable and the download process actually worked and I was able to flash stock ROM using Odin.

Axon 7 stuck in bootanimation.

Sorry if the answer to the question is posted elsewhere, but I'm stuck on the Axon 7 boot animation. For context, yesterday, I tried to install crDroid on the phone with no success. I unlocked the bootloader and flashed TWRP with the Axon7toolkit, but that was about it. When I flashed crDroid, it wouldn't boot (gave a black screen). After some searching, I put my phone in EDL mode and flashed stock with Oreo. My phone is now stuck on the boot animation and won't get passed; I've already depleted the battery and turned it back on but still the same. It's still on the boot animation and cannot turn it off (either withholding the power button for 30 secs or holding all of them at the same time), I've attached a photo as well. Any help is much appreciated.
