gprs file transfer

Hi,
Could anyone tell me how could i transfer files to my pc using GPRS?? and Do the files require converting as they do in Active sync??
File Details:
Pocket access file
1mb
well i think it could be a problem i had issues with moving files directly to my sd card in a reader and then of cause they are not converted
so unless the ftp program or what ever you use to transfer files from the internet (if you connect to the internet using gprs or 3g or bluetooth or wifi dont matter at all as they are just the means of com.)
can convert your files for you, you could run into the same problem

[Q] Nexus 4 as Mass Storage Device.

Hello folks!
So the question is as the topic says, Is it possible?
I've searched over the internet but cannot find a specific answer.
i think some roms may have that feature, cyanogen, i never found a solution since its the internal storage not micro sd card, im not sure whats the format,i found it was better to have a server to transfer data
From what I recall it's not possible due to a hardware limitation... I could be wrong, but I haven't seen it available on any of the ROMs I've tried.
Sent from my Nexus 4
No.
The closest way you're going to get beside MTP is to use Samba share. Either share a folder over the network on your machine, then use ES File Explorer, go to Network -> LAN and scan for your machine. Or with root, use SambaDroid to share your phone's storage and access to it from your PC. The transfer is going to be slow, but its still easier to manage files compared to MTP.
If you don't mind command lines, there is adbsync: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1898358
Hi, i did a walk around.. i connect the device in PTP mode.. then I copy files from the PC to the pictures folder of my phone, then i manage files with internal file manager and i move them wherever I want.. Same thing to copy files out of the mobile..

Click to collapse
You can use something like Airdrop if you got wifi.
There is no need to use Kies to transfer files. Can you set the USB connection to MTP?
You can also use wifi or data to download gapps from the gapps website. You could also copy the gapps to a micro SD card and put the card in the phone.
Samsung drivers can also be downloaded separately, if that's your concern.

USB file transfer too slow with MTP

Hi, i have to transfer about 4GB of photo, video and files to a PC with windows 10. The problem is that it take so much time to "calculate the time of transfering" and also, the time when start is too high (about 4 hours). UMS enabler is not for me, because the files are on internal memory. Can anyone help me?
G900F with CM13.0- 20160826
