Hi,
I'm planning to get an S5 (G900F) for my girlfriend and I was wondering if there are any differences between the 16GB and 32GB versions (except for the storage of course) ?
Will I be able to flash any ROM made for the G900F 16GB onto the 32GB version ? (as the partitions likely have different sizes...)
Is the 32GB S5 the same model (G900F) as the 16GB, or does it have another model number ?
Thank you,
No difference besides storage capacity.

Same thing...
Just be sure it's not a replica S5, I hear most of the 32gb s5's are replicas. Just be aware, Things like heart rate monitor and fingerprint reader will not work. I believe the screen is just a tad bit smaller too, very hard to tell the difference, everything is under the hood.
same thing,

Just remember to be sure guys
I'm not saying what you guys are saying is false and it may seem obvious, but the Note3 16gb and 32gb were different and I think cross flashing caused some devices to hard brick.
Maybe someone here who has the 32gb version and has flashed a custom Rom could confirm that?

It's more expensive!
Be careful, it could be different

My SM G900S has 32 GB, and the disk aria is partitioned into 5 sectors. May be you can flash the same rom as for the 16 GB model, but some data and apps will be altered.
Anyway, I prefer the 32 version, since the OS and so take about 6 GB of the disk space.
About fakes: My phone is 100% original, but there are a lot of good fakes - most of them with 16 GB. So be careful when buying.
I have a HK 16GB Note 3 coming my way in the post.
I can see lots of posts about unbricking it, but am wondering if I can save some pain by partitioning the device correctly in advance or if there are any variations of ROMs available that cater specifically to the HK 16GB version?
Any advice welcome.
TIA
Alex
As it turned out cm11 hlte was a straightforward install.

You could although its not recommended and no i dont mean this for all roms. just some roms. sometimes the radio will refuse to work and it will wipe ur external SDcard. you might want to pick out a rom and look for ur specific model in that rom section to see if anyone has gave it a go.
Umm, no. You can't flash an N900 ROM to an N9005 or vice versa, I don't think so.
As per what ROM you should use, well you can't ask for that type of queries here, goes against some rule of XDA.
My favourite and recommendation will always be stock ROMs though, and if you really have an urge to try custom ROMs then choose stock based ones at least.
about rom
a lot of people they update to the echoe rom v22 with that model
give it a try
Okay, so I have the N910f Note 4 and my question is whether we are able to flash AOSP/CM12 based roms created for other snapdragon variants of the Note 4 on our device?
I have attempted to install PAC-Man rom for the T-Mobile variant however it gave me an error so I decided to flash the T-Mobile variant TWRP to see if it helps with the issue; however the flashing process went further than before but it gave me the error of unable to mount /system.
As I previously owned an S4 I was able to flash ROMs made for any snapdragon variant S4, is there anything preventing this from happening on the Note 4?

Hi,
It is possible to flash CM12 but only that is ported to exactly N910F. Sometimes it is possible to Flash Roms of G-Variants on F and other way around. I'm not sure about T-Mobile variants.
So if you want to install AOSP/CM12 just flash one that is for F-variant. There are some ready:

Hi guys, I have an Note 4 sm-n910k, with Exynos Octa 5433 (running marshmallow 6.0.1). I currently have a Korean stock Rom, and I'd like put a custom Rom on it (CM 13 ideally). I looked around, and it seems that all the roms are for the other variations of this phone, but not the "K" version. What's the main difference in the models that stops me from installing one of variant roms, as all I can see is that they have a different baseband, or can I basically use any of the 32gb Exynos variant roms, as the hardware seems to be the same. Failing that does anybody have a line on any good roms? Sorry for such a noob question, and thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
