I have the Note 3 with rooted 4.3 version for over a year. I have to upgrade and fresh install of 4.4 because I'm getting issues.
I wanted to ask if it's worth upgrading to the Note 4 regarding the new sensor camera quality and battery. I don't use the S-pen and many other features. Money cost will be around 400 exchanging the Note 3 and its not an issue unless it's not wort it.

I upgraded from note 2 and it was worth it.
I don't think note 3 - 4 might be worth it though unless you can give note 3 to family member and get note 4 on contract.
Next year I will give note 4 to family member and get note 5 on contract so that will be worth it but paying full price isn't worth it for me.

I will be paying half of the price of the Note 4.
I hope the camera is well improved to justify the purchase. The screen will be better but also will drain battery.

I bought it after less then 1 year from buying the note 2. Actually 8 months.
I can definitely tell I am NOT sorry fo buying it.
But .. go into the showrooms, play with it and then decide.

It is been half a year since the note 3 release.
I have been thinking of buying a Note 3 for my old man. He got bigger hands than mine so a big phone might just suit him as well.
Just want to know where could I buy a note 3 N9005 in the U.S. for a safe and reasonable price?
I already check on amazon and it is about $580( price+shipping).
Maybe you guys have a better idea where to get one.
I am looking for a unlocked note 3 because my old man would travel to Asia every now and then.

What is the reason you bought a spare battery. If you are a heavy phone user, s6 don't have exchangeable battery.

It's definately not worth it selling your Note 4 just so that you can get a SGS6. As the Note 4 is still a very good phone even by today's standards and will probably last you for a good couple of years before you need to upgrade it. In fact I'm considering getting the N910U model soon, but I'm waiting to see what the Note 5 and SGS6 Active has to offer before I finalise my decision.

Don't know but I can remember that a generation before the difference wasn't that much that I thought about getting a Note 3 instead of a 4.
Could be different of course if the Note 4 has the features in store you're primarily looking for (exchangeable battery, micro-SD etc).
