Hi, i have a galaxy s4 i9505, running cm12 android 5.0 lollipop, but dont take photos in raw. Can this improved in this rom?

samsung galaxy grand now has a rom based on android 5.0 lollipop and we (grand 2 users) still don't even have enough roms based on kitkat -_-

I updated my G900FD to official android 6.0.1, with this version of android we can save photo in RAW mode but where's this option ???
no mod for S5 Android 6.0.1 to improve camera app ?
