It's fake. The is no 660w version. Only 660.

That phone is a OnePlus One knockoff with fake Lenovo logo on it. It's NOT from the real Lenovo company.

Lenovo is a very large corporation, they are not going to make cheap knock offs or purposefully put themselves in copyright infringement.

Samsung Galaxy SIII SGH-T999

http://www.tmonews.com/2012/05/samsung-mobile-canada-confirms-galaxy-s-iii-specs-for-t-mobile/
The phone has been confirmed and it is running the Snapdragon S4.......but with 2gb ram. Not bad at all. Full specs at the link provided.
On a side note, I posted one of my unlocked Samsung Galaxy SII's on Craigslist for 400 and got sold. Selling the current one I'm using a week before this release. I would sell the phones now (and unlocked) if possible so that you can get top dollar for it. This should be enough to get something going once it comes out.

Did you even read the news link......Telus usually gets the same device we do minus a few different things. TMONEWS is a good source. Stop trolling. Thanks.
These are the true specs.. 2gb of ram is beastly

Looks like the SIII's will still be in the same "variant hell" that the S-II's are in...here come the bricks!
So we have the S-III with quad core and S-III t999...which basically has the same processor as the S-II plus 2gb ram...woo hoo....-_-
...how can you call 2 different phones the same phone...???

What would telus users be missing cept bloat/spyware?
Out current SII's are exactly the same physically, except without carrier brranding.

Krait dual core has around the same power and more efficient than quad core exynos Hybrid a15. It is slightly weaker than an a15 but makes up for more. Its basically two dual core processor that have the power of quad core. The 2 gigs ram make this phone a beast. The dual core Gs3 should have significantly better battery life than the quad core single ram international version. Not only that the phone will be equal in power. It is a significant upgrade now because of this. Unless you want to wait till the new quad core true a 15 processor come out.

Every usa carrier will have s4 so it wont be a bastard child. Verzion ,at&t and sprint have opt for the s4 processor. Quad doesn't necessarily mean better. Krait is built on a newer generation technology. It has the same power as the exynos being a dual core processor. The only reason the exynos has better benchmarks is because the mali is clocked 50% higher. Development should be good for both usa and non international versions. You would get ports from sprint, verzion , and at&t. No usa carrier will have the original galaxy s3. This is not the same deal as the samsung galaxy s2 was.
I was shooting the **** with my usually very reliable and well informed local tmo store manager and he said he knew the processor was xenos quad.
I know it's hearsay... but i don't think it makes any sense to put an s4 in it. there is no LTE on tmo yet.

I don't understand why I'm going to pay $300 to go from a 1.5ghz dual-core chip to a 1.5ghz dual-core chip, flash cyanogenmod over it and end up with none of the "software features" that were included in Touchwiz.
will put mine for sale, i want the s3
Any signs of a release date for T-Mobile?

T-mobile 42mbs network uses dual band hspa+ to get those speeds exynos only uses single band for 21 hspa+ It it is also not compatible with t-mobile frequencies.

It is not the same chip the new dual core processor has = performance in quad core. The two gigs ram will be used more than the quad core processor ever will be used in android. Most apps now only run single core accept games. The best thing to do is actually wait because next year everyone will have quad core a15 processors and ridiculously powerful gpus. To be perfectly honest cyanogenmod and aokp team may add some of these features. Most of these software features are quite possible on our hardware without lagging and killing battery.

If you want the new software features that were included with Touchwiz then you probably wouldn't want to flash cyanogenmod.
You are also getting a bigger screen size, bigger/improved battery, HD resolution, 2GB of RAM and as you mentioned the improved Touchwiz with software features. You also get 25GB of Dropbox space when you buy the phone and the new Samsung music hub if you choose to use the service.

No it doesn't. AOSP development on the HTC One S is doing quite well for itself thanks to Intervigilium. This phone uses the same processor as that, so AOSP on the device will already have a kick start and shouldn't be too hard to get going. Also consider all the work that CM and Team Chopsticks have done for this device. A lot of these changes will go a long ways on the SGS3.
I'm not worried at all. This phone is fantastic.

Where should I buy Galaxy S4 (Exynos 5)?

Hi guys! I'm looking for a good supplier of factory unlocked Galaxy S4 (Exynos 5) (probably SGH-I9500) from any country. Europe preferred.
Please leave your suggestions below. Thanks in advance.

Does the Octa really worths so much for you. Compare the phones before choosing. Getting Octa you probably will pay $100 more than Snapdragon for almost no differences.

What I've found up to now are:
GT-I9500 Negri $798.50
GT-I9500 Expansys-USA $799.99
GT-I9500 techno.trading(ebay.com) $797.97
GT-I9505 Best Buy $750.00 (with no activation)
Including FedEx 2-day shipping the lowest cost is from Negri, but Best Buy offer cheaper, although limited+bloated crap, operator versions.

4 x A15 (2.2GHz MAX whitesheet)
4 x A7 (1.6GHz MAX whitesheet)
Kernel 3.9 (Linaro Patches should become core components) allowing for native HMP. User configurable XULV for battery (run on one A7 ...) or XHP (run on all 8 cpus) or anything in between.
that $100 is an investment in a ceiling that has me personally geekin out. I cant convince you personally, but if Android 5.0 or 5.1 makes the jump to 3.8, its possible to patch the kernel and reap the benefits. someone would have to work their tail off on an AOSP and lose all the customizations to android by samsung, but raw potential, has the 600 way short for a sheer value proposition, increased usability over time.
ps: plus they gave EVERYONE ddr3 ... no one mentions this in the comparisons to the one, i believe however that the Z/ZL also have ddr3 sony made that a point of emphasis. always the plastic ... but no one says anything about the Ones slow ram

Thanks for the info shadym1lkman! You mean that with kernel 3.9 we'll be able to use the 8 cores simultaneoulsy?
What about the cooling? I've been having overheating issues since Galaxy S2...
Ty for the info shadym1lkman. But as cormogram said, I think that the phone will melt in your hand. On the other side, I can buy other phone or wait for Tegra or something else, but I like Samsung features. I would like to lose them.
Related with the ram, both version have LPPDDR3, but as I read, in Octa is at 800Mhz, which makes it work at 12.8gb/s, a bit more faster than the S600. But right now, the difference is insignificant

Playing and recording are two different things. I guess you could try to extract the camera app from the sd variant but I am sure it wont work
If it means that much to you, why not splash out $40 for that Chinese tablet....

OnePlus X with Snapdragon 810 Spotted on TENAA

OnePlus X with Snapdragon 810 Spotted on TENAA Listing.
That's not oneplus x. That's the oneplus mini.
apparently there's going to be a OnePlus X Pro, i dont like the idea, i feel like they'll start releasing too much, they can barely handle stables updates for 3 devices.
And another site calls it the OnePlus 2 mini. Until OnePlus announces the product, it's all speculation.
Better processor in this 5' is a nice idea. But hey, 810?
No,thanks.

810? Lol. I bought this opx bcoz of 801 is better than 810. :fingers-crossed:
How come the 801 is more preferred over the 810? o:
on the tenaa page it doesnt say anywhere that its a 810 processor
I think the model originally speculated with a 1.7ghz processor and 4gb of RAM is more probable at around $200. A pro model would end up selling at 2 costs so I don't think OnePlus would do that to their flagship killer. There wouldn't be any reason to get it. As for the 810, I think they could make it work, but knowing 1+ it'll be a few updates before it does

??? Model # for S10+ dual SIM - 1 TB, 12 GB RAM or 512 GB, 8 GB RAM version

Any idea what is the model number for Galaxy S10+ dual SIM - 1 TB, 12 GB RAM or 512 GB, 8 GB RAM version?

Yes, I've seen those on the offer and was about to place my order, however, I've noticed that they offer Snapdragon variant. I'm looking for Exynos in order to root the device.
BTW, I've previously purchased 3 phones from the same company and shipping was very fast. Interestingly, if I buy from any other country, customs won't bother me much, however, when the product comes from the USA, customs will always slap me with a hefty fee.

I don't have much experience with Samsung devices, however, while reading different articles, it seems that Snapdragon versions are difficult to root and everyone recommends Exynos if you intend to root your phone.

I bought mine from pdaplaza.ca. It's a 512GB model. SM-G9750. Price was pretty good, and I'm really happy with my purchase. Bootloader is unlocked. I unlocked it successfully today. I detailed how in this post:

They're not more difficult to root however Exynos variants typically have more custom ROM's than Snapdragon variants. This may not be the case going forward. The Exynos 9810 in the S9 had a higher incidence for overheating and lower battery life than the Snapdragon 845 chipset. Even now we're seeing Exynos S10 users reporting higher battery drain and overheating. This is due to the chipset's architecture which is setup for faster Single Core processing. The Snapdragon 855 in the S10 is a more versatile and balanced chipset which now exceeds Exynos in most benchmark comparisons. From everything I've read, I would be wary of the Exynos variants until such time they have overcome the deficiencies.
