Hi All,
Wondering if anyone is having this issue.
Flashed Lollipop with NRT on Nexus 4.
When using ROM Manager, trying to backup current ROM.
Boots to TWRP, but it cannot find the 'sd-ext' partition.
Proceeds to do a backup but the file is corrupt.
Also tried to backup right from TWRP, same issue.
Using latest version of TWRP.
I also reset to factory and cleared cache .... same issue.
Thanks,
Malcolm
Hmmmm, I'd reflash TWRP and stop using Rom manager.

Using TWRP Manager, I installed 2.8.2.0.
Same problem even if I boot into TWRP and try to do backup from there.
Any other app to replace ROM Manager suggestions?

I made a backup of my stock rom on my fido i747 before installing cm11. I made the backup using twrp but now that I installed cm11 twrp was removed and I'm now running clockwork mod. What's the easiest way to go about restoring my twrp backup? I'm guessing I just need to reinstall twrp and restore my previous backup...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The way twrp and cwm create the back up files are different so either u need to re-install twrp or make another back up using cwm...... hope this help
Swyped from MK2 Dark Venomous X1
Google i337 twrp zip xda and flash that in cwm. It'll replace cwm with twrp.
Alright so I tried installing TWRP via goo manager. I downloaded the app and installed the openrecoveryscript. It shows that it's installed, yet whenever I tried and reboot into recovery it still boots into clockwork... I have gone as far as trying to delete Rom Manager app from my phone and I tried installing the openrecoveryscript again. Any suggestions on how I should go about fixing this. I`m currently running 11.0-installerXNPQ02R.
okay so i originally had twrp with my root. i used the rom manger app to install cwm to make a back up, i guess it didnt overwrite twrp. now when i reboot into recovery it just loops. tried using odin to push twrp back and that loops too. any idea guys.
Any helps guys?

Maybe you used the wrong file in odin that's why it's bootlooping.
Which phone, os and the file you used in odin?
..
Don't use Flashify but Odin on the PC to flash TWRP. That should resolve the missing recovery issue. Otherwise you'll need to flash a stock ROM through Odin and start from scratch.

I tried twrp via odin.
So flash via odin stock rom, twrp, via twrp restore backup (ihave from few days ago)?
Can't I just "factory reset" recovery module (partition, settings, something)?

just reflash TWRP. No need to reflash stock rom.

Hello,
I've tried to used Flashify app to queue some actions:
-make nandroid backup
-flash rom
-flash gapps
It rebooted to recovery but nothing happened (stays at TWRP recovery start logo). Since then I can not boot TWRP. I've tried to reflash it, flash CWM (works, but cant read anything because F2FS).
/cache/recovery is empty
Where else could some TWRP setting/queued command be stored? I would like to do "wipe of the recovery", but dunno how.
Thanks for any tips

I have the same problem. It starts some days ago. Did You use AICP rom? Maybe its rom related. I cant fix that problem, flashed TWRP via odin - didnt help, CWM - didnt see cache and data due to F2FS.
Any solution?
..
Since none of what people suggested to do worked, flash stock rom

My N10 with stock 5.1 previously had root with TWRP 2.8.6, but for some reason it recently lost root. In addition, it seems that TWRP has been corrupted because whenever I try to boot into recovery I get a dead bootloader with a red exclamation mart. After I flashed the most recent version of TWRP 3.0.0-1 using "fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.0.0-1-manta.img" (bootloader still unlocked), I still get a dead bootloader when booting into recovery.
Then I flashed back to TWRP 2.8.6, but the problem remains!
How to fix the problem? Thanks!
I hope you can go to bootloader mode... Revert to stock by flashing the factory images and then start over again

Thanks!
Just flashed an even older version (2.8.5) of TWRP, and now suddenly it can boot into recovery without any problem. I have also gained root now after flashing SuperSU.
I was planning to flash the most recent version of TWRP (3.0.0-1), and then try out CM13, but for some reason my N10 with stock 5.1 does not like those newer versions of TWRP. Do you know why?

I downloaded all the three versions (2.8.5, 2.8.6, and 3.0.0-1) of TWRP I've flashed so far from here:
https://dl.twrp.me/manta/
This is weird. Is it because I didn't have root during the time I flashed 2.8.6 or 3.0.0-1? I thought that flashing TWRP would not require root.
Can I flash CM13 with TWRP 2.8.5? I'll definitely make a Nandroid backup before proceeding.

I did factory reset in TWRP 3.0.0-1 and then flashed CM 13.0-20160309 on my N10 with the dynamic Gapps. Now I get this error Unfortunately Google Play Services Has Stopped. Is it because the default factory reset is not good enough or something else? If it needs a full wipe, what exactly should I wipe, system and data? And after a full wipe, do I need to reflash CM13 or just Gapps?
Thanks!

Problem solved: Just flashed the pico Gapps, and now everything works fine. For some reason the dynamic Gapps didn't work for me.

May be there isn't enough space to flash them.
Happy that is working now

I was trying to restore stock rom via TWRP but it is still rebooting into TWRP and asking me to install TWRP app. I clicked on Do not install but its still rebooting into TWRP! Please help!
How are you attempting to restore stock ROM via TWRP?
The stock ROM zip file is not a TWRP flashable file, it must be copied to a computer, extracted and flashed using fastboot.

You can't flash stock ROM in TWRP. You need to extract it and flash it via fastboot. Google it if you need help with this
Okay guys thanks for your help
