Can this module be installed for CM11 for i9505? - Galaxy S 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I'm running on CM11 currently and I've always been jealous of HTC's, LG's double tap to wake gesture. I found a module on Xposed Framework, 'Wake Gestures' and it says the kernel should support it. Does the CM11 kernel support this? My current kernel is 3.4.0-cyanogenmod-g433243c.
Thank you!

Looking for a ROM with tun.ko for vpnc

Hi guys
sorry to bother your with a stupid question but I couldn't find an answer by myself.
I'm looking for a ROM as light as possible and with the tun module. I tried CM 7.0 , CM 7.1, CM Nightly Builds with standard and but my Evo crashes to often, mainly using the navigation app.
So guys if anyone know any Rom to use with a specific kernel or not, that includes the tun module please let me know.
Thanks
Christian

Changing notification panel colour

Can anyone guide me on how to change the drop down notification panel colours in s6/note5 ported ROMs~
Thank-you
You will probably need the Xposed framework and the Wanam module.
Your rom needs to be deodexed. It should say in the rom thread if it is or not.
Also, I heard you need a special xposed version for touchwhiz.
Never used xposed on touchwhiz so I can't really share my experience with you.

GravityBox on X Compact

I am still wondering if I should unlock the booloader and root and custom kernel. Can anybody who has installed Xposed Framework on the X Compact report if the GravityBox module works? I read the module description and it says
- DOES NOT support devices running ROMs vastly modified by device manufacturers (HTC Sense, Samsung Touchwiz, MIUI, LeWa, Xperia, ...)
Another questions is, is there a GravityBox for Nougat?

I would first ask, if there is an Xposed for Nougat, that's a question for Xposed Forum.
Then, if there is Gravitybox for Nougat and if it supports Stock Android N Sony firmwares. Again, not the right forum here.

Yup, my bad, completely off-topic. Thanks for keeping the forums clean!

How to enable double tap to wake up function?

I recently rooted my device and installed Lineage OS 14.1 on my Nexus 4 (8GB) Model. I was wondering how to do enable that double tap to wake up and sleep function like in ASUS phones. I searched but didnt find any latest guide on this. Please help me with this.
You need to install a kernel that supports this feature.. Try Quanta Reborn kernel (by @sudokamikaze). Once you flash the kernel, use any app like Kernel Auditor to enable double tap to wake...

Thanks man...I will give it a try.

Unofficial Xposed on Stock Rom 7.1.1

Just to inform all that I have tried unofficial Xposed on Stock 7.1.1 and Lineage 14.1 and found working fine on our devices.
Just download and flash the unofficial Xposed from link http://main.purifyos.it/xposed/classic/SDK25/
and install the apk in attachment.
Try it at your own risk. Back up your data first.

Any stability issues ? Do you think there will be battery drain ?
Thanks
Very stable, no reboots etc. Some modules have compatability issues but they simply don't work and doesn't cause any other problem.
Not sure about battery yet. It's too soon to comment.
Please be aware the Nougut port is very WIP. Some modules will not work, some will cause problem and this is due to WIP - so it have to be fixed on xposed side, not on modules side. List of working/not working modules here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/unofficial-list-modules-nougat-xposed-t3639615
And stock?
Tested on stock FR Android 7.1.1 with stock kernel + TWRP 3.00 + Root
All looks great
I didn't need to set linux permissive...
can i have your list of modules
Official xposed is available now. Don't install unofficial one.
