Hi .
Just install stock recovery again to get the tab in download mode again .
Stock recovery can be found in the stock firmware files , mostly in the ( AP , Code ) file .
Just try to extract file using " 7z '' . There you will find the stock recovery .
Put it in the AP or Code field and flash it using Odin . While the tab in the dead screen.
Regards

I used Heimdall ; it has a command to close the phone-to-pc screen (in linux terminal > heimdall "close-pc-to-phone-screen" ; heimdall -help to get exact command).

Is this support Odin new versions?
Anybody try this with Odin new version like 3.12.10 or 3.13.1

STOCK & CUSTOM Recovery
STOCK Recovery
Android devices come with Google’s recovery environment, which is often referred to as the “stock recovery.” You can boot to the recovery system by pressing device-specific buttons as your phone or tablet boots or by issuing an adb command that boots your device to recovery mode. The recovery menu provides options to help recover your device — for example, you can reset your device to its factory default state from here. The recovery mode can also be used to flash OTA update files. if you want to flash a new ROM to your device — or re-flash the factory default ROM file — you’ll need to boot to recovery mode first. The stock recovery is a minimal, limited system. It’s designed to be ignored, and it can generally only flash OTA updates and ROMs provided by the device’s manufacturer, not third-party ROMs.
CUSTOM Recovery
A custom recovery environment will do the same things as the stock Android recovery. However, it will also have additional features. Custom recoveries often have the ability to create and restore device backups. Custom recoveries allow you to install custom ROMs.

F2FS (Flash-Friendly File System) is a flash file system created by Kim Jaegeuk (Hangul: 김재극) at Samsung for the Linux operating system kernel.
The motive for F2FS was to build a file system that from the start takes into account the characteristics of NAND flash memory-based storage devices (such as solid-state disks, eMMC, and SD cards), which are widely used in computer systems ranging from mobile devices to servers.
Samsung chose a log-structured file system approach, which it adapted to newer forms of storage. F2FS also remedies some known issues of the older log structured file systems, such as the snowball effect of wandering trees and high cleaning overhead. Because a NAND-based storage device shows different characteristics according to its internal geometry or flash memory management scheme (such as the Flash Translation Layer or FTL), Samsung also added various parameters not only for configuring on-disk layout, but also for selecting allocation and cleaning algorithms.

Hi, my problem is serious. I'm from Costa Rica and I have a phone BLU Studio 5.0 HD Y530Q with Qualcomm processor and wanted flashearle a custom recovery ( TWRP ) which I saw and get a espesifico tutorial for that device , and the comments they ran all but my for error " load files " that is by ADB FlashBoot . Then I looked for a ROM stock for instalarsela from Qualfast and everything do well , the roms are those of the device ( which got like 3 different forums) and flashes from the fastboot mode and using Qualfast correctly ... But not start the device ( SSB stays as when an unmatched ROM is installed ) and I have flashed 3 roms and does not work ! I do everything correctly but does not work . I 'm desperate and do not know what else I need help urgently the phone is my father hehe. Please if I offer your help please .

I hope this helps you to.
I know you already try to flash some ROM again and it fails! If you have lucky your ROM version can fix it but not if you have mess up your system a lot...
Let´s supose it fails to...
What needs?
Default Huawei recovery if you have TWRP on device -> (download here)
Default Huawei recovery2 if you have TWRP on device -> (download here)
SD Adapter for microSD
SD card reader
PC
Rollback ROM from Android 6 to Android 5 version->(download here)
A full ROM for your P8 Lite phone version
Lets start!
Install the default Huawei recovery ( If you already have it pass to step 3)
If you had installed the default Huawei recovery now install recovery2 [ code: fastboot flash recovery2 recovery2.img ]
Download the Rollback ROM ( UPDATE.APP) from Android 6 to Android 5 version.
Eject the microSD from the phone, insert in SD Adapter then in SD card reader pluged in to PC
Copy the UPDATE.APP that you download in step 2 to inside the dload folder in to microSD, if you don´t have it you can create the dload folder!
Eject the microSD from PC and insert it in phone
Press volume keys and power at same time, hold it untill boot the phone
Wait until finish ( doens´t mean that your phone is fixed at this step...)
Install the full ROM for your P8 Lite version
What it does? This will install ALE-L21C900B500 version, that is a transition pack like this it will allow you to install another version.
Must not be used as a normal version!!!!
That is way you must seek for a full ROM for your P8 Lite version, Android 5 or 6 and install it!
2ª Option!
Try this:
You need a full rom for your phone.
extract the dload folder with update.app file to inside of microSD
Install TWRP
Download this zip and install it with TWRP -> ROLLBACK_6_TO_5.zip
turn off the phone and press volume keys and power at same time
release the keys on boot
Flash will start...
3ª Option!
Try this:
Like in option 2 but with a diferent zip file...
Do this:
You need a full rom for your phone.
extract the dload folder with update.app file to inside of microSD
Install TWRP
But now download this zip and install it with TWRP -> Android.5.cust.zip
turn off the phone and press volume keys and power at same time
release the keys on boot
Flash will start...
This zip doesn´t flash cust, it will install the files in cust insted and of course it will install the default recoverys, it needs to install the default rom.
Tell me if worked for you.
Good luck!
.

Huawei, in the days long past, provided official rollback packages. Those do not require root privileges.
I downloaded the rollback package for my phone from this link.
If I remember correctly, first you need to flash a rollback package in download mode and then the actual 5.0 update package.

Looking to root my s10+ or a compatible stock Rom

Hi Xda devers,
i accidentally bought an s10+ not knowing that the model from Japan.
more infos (from cpuz):
Model: SCV42 (scv42_jp_kdi)
Processor: Snapdragon 855
Bootloader: SCV42KDU1DVE4
I used to flash old samsung phones with different broadbands, i tried the F model, it broke and entered reboot loop.
If i may ask:
Can anyone provide me with TWRP or steps to root my phone since it's different model (i'll be glad to donate!)
Any stock Rom compatible with this model at least without the bloats of the career
Thank you in advance and happy rooting!
Hi, i did that on my s10+ recently, it's different from older models.
First thing i was doing it's installing twrp and when finished installing custom rom then i rooted. Here is how to root:
First unlock bootloader (OEM unlock) and enable usb debugging (developer options) (Watch out for FAP locking)
Instal magisck on your device: Magisk Manager apk/ and run it.
You need to download system from here i found your specific model, you need pc for this: Android 12 SCV42KDU1DVE4
Step two is to unzip zip file, then you will found files: AP, BL, CP, CSC OXM and HOME CSC.
For the first step you need to copy AP file to phone, only AP file, then you open magisk app and run instalation, in the first step of instalation you check "recovery mode" on the very next you click on the "method" then "Select and patch a File" in the file explorer find your AP file and chose it then click "Let's go" Wait to finish and remember the location where is stored your new AP. Create new folder on pc and store that new AP.
Second step is to run Odin, connect device to pc and put it in download mode. In Odin extract Files BL, CP and CSC (from downloaded android software) use new AP file from "new AP" folder. Run it and wait to finish then u start phone normally, when finished with settings up phone you need to power of device and then you need to start it with next combination of buttons VOLUME DOWN + BIXBY + POWER KEY and wait for the next 3 images to slide show, Realse buttons when 3rd Samsung logo appear if u don't realise on time it will boot to safe mode.
If you do that correctly go to browser and find magisk manager apk: Magisk manager / download and install it if everything is alright u will get tab with update button (not install) when you give permission to browser to instal unknown apps.
Enter the Magisk manager and your phone is rooted.
