Hi, I was looking to buy a Nexus 6, but first I wanted to know if anyone regret buying it or thinking of returning it? And why?

Wat..... they haven't even shipped yet...
Why the carriers don't sell it yet?

Because it hasn't officially released yet.

My only regret is I don't have mine yet.
If you know what you're getting into, I don't see why regret. If you're unsure about a big phone, don't get it. This thing is a whale!
My only regret seems to be pre-ordering it from the Play Store with all this Moto shipping now and all.
Biggest regret is not having it by now!

Hey guys,
My brother is going to the US and considering that the play store is very unlikley that they will have stock, Im wondering if you can buy it from some carrier off contract, or some known store there for off course a higher price.
Cheers.

$--- off contract, 16GB.
And it's not in stock. You might be able to find it in store if you're *really* lucky.
Edit: Never mind, I don't know what happened with T Mobile as now they post it $500 off contract (and it's still not in stock).
Short story: find it one eBay of Craigslist.

Excuse me but how much did u pay for it? could you recommend me the seller as well ?
Hey
Here in Sweden, the nexus 4 costs around 650 U.S. dollars. I can't get it cheaper from here. The question is, is the phone worth buying for 650 dollars? I really love the phone, but the phone's battery/camera maybe doesn't match the price?
Thx
I bought mine off of eBay for $540 tho, but I sold my s2 for $430.
What phone you currently own?
I bought mine fort 522 (€395) dollars in Germany. It is a great iPhone that will need a charge at night though. It is superfast, camera is good but nog terrific. Bur overall it is worth the money imo. Smooth, fast and first tot get updates and off course no bloatware.

YOLO.
@OP: its your money. spend it the way you want. coming to this forum, most of the people will say yes because we're biased, id even say it myself personally because I prefer nexus devices over anything else.
read reviews, watch videos, read forum posts and judge for yourself. good luck.
Yeah, it's same here at Finland. Lowest I can find it is over $660 USD (€500), but usually from trusted shops, it's more like $740 USD (€560).
I hope that UK/Germany-based web stores can get it soon to stock, I'm not going to pay over €450 for it, it's not worth it if you ask me..
If someone could recommend good shops from European union, I'd be glad to hear them

Read a review. I'm not here to advertise a phone whether you should buy it or not or say things so you walk away from buying a N4. It's up to you.
Most people here will beg you to buy it, but I'm a honest person. If you want the phone, just buy it.
http://androidandme.com/2012/11/smartphones-2/nexus-4-review-roundup/ provides a good overview of N4 reviews.

I'll get a Note II or HTC One X+ if it costs around the same. While Nexus 4 is a great device, the most compelling reason (for me, at least) to buy it is the $350 price point from Play Store. At $650 there are many other options that you can consider, and the Nexus 4 only make sense if you really really want stock and want to get the next Android version the day it is available.
Thanks everyone for the replies, i think im going to buy it.

Well, I'd like to have the best smartphone there is. HTC One X+ is great, but Nexus 4 is better, it has 1GB more RAM etc.
Nexus 4 happens to be the best phone on market at the moment, which is fairly well available. Xiaomi Mi-2 isn't available, I would buy it if it was.
That's why I've decided to buy N4, but I have no idea where to get it, without paying something like $650 dollars, which isn't fair price.

Wise choice.... The N4 rocks more than any other right now!
N4 is literally the phone that I would've bought even if it was 800 dollars it is fast smooth and in Canada, I can have lte!!

The N4, from what reports are saying. Will be at top of the Android phones. Currently held by the SGS3 and the Note 2.. I like all 3 the thing that kills me about the sammy line is the touch wiz. Yuck. Overall there all great phones.. Just preference on the user.

Its a great iPhone?! Ha ha.
Seriously though, I think its a great phone and I am glad I managed to snap one up during the 2nd UK sale!
If the note 2 is the same price, then it's not worth getting the nexus 4. Like many other people mentioned it's only worth it when it's priced at $349 dollars. But, I think you already made up your mind....

I beg to differ. It's one of the highest spec phones out there and has proper Google support. It is a Nexus device and will be supported longer than most of other Android devices, it also gets updates directly from Google quickly as well as getting good developer support (less buggy ROM day one).
Galaxy Note's S Pen is also closed source and can't be used on AOSP I believe as it is attached to TouchWiz. I can be wrong on this.
Hell yea get this phone...do what you have to do and get it lol....buy it...trade for it...just make it happen lol...best phone out!!!!!!
Hey guys have a question. Ive been wanting another 7" tablet for awhile now and the Nexus 7 has always been at the top of the list. And just as I was about to finally get it all these rumors and announcements of the next nexus 7 come out. As you all know Staples has the 32gb on sale right now for 199, and theres a coupon code to get another $30 off. I have one on hold and reserved for me at my local Staples. So I am trying to decide if I should wait or buy now. If its true that the new one will be 299 as some rumors speculate, then the price difference between the 2 is about $140. As far as what I need in a tablet it would be pretty basic. Games, emails, web, etc. I dont need a camera, or LTE. So theres not much of a difference between them for what I need it for. One of my main concerns though is all these people talking about the performance drops, boot issues that some are having. But I also read that it might be just the 16gb version that are having issues. So anyway I figured here is a good place to ask to get some good info and advice. TIA.
Actually my 16 gb n7 performs quite good. But wait for next one.

Well it depends on you, the new nexus will have a snapdragon s4 quad core and 1080p also, and the 16gb I believe will start at $250 but correct me if I'm wrong. I have a 32gb WiFi and it runs like a champ. That sounds like a good deal for $170 as I got my 32gb for $250 so good luck on your choice.......rumor is Taiwan will get the new nexus 7 at end of month so you could check the web to see if you like or not!
I had a 16gb and its was laggy, but I decided to get the 32gb version when I broke the 16gb and got my square trade payout. The 32gb has been great, its stable, fast, and don't even have any light bleed.

Here you go, coupon back up good until 7-21.
Let's look at the facts. The new gen it's probably coming next week, but, if the rumours are true, it should be a little mre expensive, starting at 229$ aprox. If i were you, i would wait and see, and if the new Nexus it's worth the price, i would grab that one.

Anyways, i see you will wait for it. Good choice.

So I'm planning to buy an N4 as a present for myself, and I was wondering about the price..
How much lower will it get in the next 3-5 months?

Most likely it will not drop in price at all.

If it's brand new it won't drop, if it's used, it might drop a little.
Thanks for the responses. The reason I asked, is the price of the N4 sold here in my country(Philippines)
where once sold for $470, but now for only $335.

In your country, yes the price will fall but on Google play store it wont reduce..rather product will discontinue when newer model will be launched.
I'm thinking I'm gonna sell my n7 and upgrade to a newer tablet. So what's a good price to sell it at? It's about a year old little wear and 16gig. What do you think? Also what tablet should I get? Probably a 7-8 inch. Best options other than the new n7

i bought a used 16gb n7 back in june for $150,seemed like a good price at the time. i'd aim for at least $80 on craigslist if i wanted to sell it. i'll be using this tablet for a while though, see no reason to upgrade yet tho it is kinda laggy after 4.4 update.
