Anybody want to start a xoom circle on google +

Yes! I have a TF circle and it has been very useful for member collaboration in the Hangout mode. We had a good time last week when we were all waiting for the 3.2 update. It came down OTA as we were all on and were able help each other out. Let me know, I'll start my circle now. [email protected]

Now we only need a good kernel developer :)

Now, only 2 months after the release of this device, we have root, cwm recovery and we are waiting for a good developer to come up with a kernel with BLN, overclock, Usb OTG..

Ok, can you make a new thread and we discuss this matter there? We all can donate a symbolic amount and the developer can buy the device and start working. :thumbup:

If you can get enough donations to get me a device, I can try porting it (it should be around $370 here in Thailand, do not send me any money until the whole sum has been collected). However, please note that I cannot guarantee that the port will be successful and which features will work or will not.

Figure out how you'd collect it, who will collect it, how will you handle the case the target amount cannot be reached and create a thread explaining it, link it to me and I'll comment to confirm.
Include these notes:
I will try and port CyanogenMod to the device, not modified stock ROMs or kernels for use on stock ROM.
I cannot guarantee the success of the port and some features may not work.

So if a 60people donate around 5-7$ we can do it.

I always thought it was the Developers responsibility to test their builds themselves before releasing something. You want us to install something on our device that hasnt even been tested yet? I think you are going to have a hard time getting someone to do that. Especially since you dont give much info on what the ROM is or does. But who knows, maybe someone will be brave enough.

Sir, I have heard that some ZIPS will not flash in TWRP.

Let me rephrase that - since I have no idea about your specific ROM I can not say if it is a problem very specific to that or if you are another clueless guy who did not care to read the rules of this forum starting with the first one:

And yes I did read the rules, but like most people on here I'm not infallible, is forgetting a simple rule a hanging offence? The problem here is someone with nothing better to do than pick up on others mistakes! A petty one at that.. If I wanted trolling I'd of asked on twitter, seems I made the mistake of thinking most people on here were helpful rather than critical..

Use uTorrent, I see you are using the Vuze client which causes issues with some models.

aTorrent is the best client by far!

Sorry if this is the wrong place, if so can a mod move it for me? Today I was accepted into the beta for Aviate, for those who don't know what it is it's pretty awesome launcher I'll attach screenshots you can also look it up in Google Play, you just can't use it. Anyways after getting accepted into the beta they gave me 5 invites and I have 4 left. Anyone who wants an invite just respond to this post and in 24 hours I'll randomly pick 4 people.

Aviate is a nice simple launcher. Only problem for me (I understand its still in beta) is the lack of being able to control how the launcher works. For example, I couldn't find a way to delete the stock widgets and replace them with my own. I could only add to the widgets. But I still think its a nice little launcher, I'm just waiting to see if we will have a little more customization with it.
