cant move aaps to sd card
after setting up preferred installation location as SD card all apps have been saved on phone memory
is there any fix for this?

internal memory less than 1 gb though my phone has got 8 gb

Yes you can use link2sd app, but remember to format the extra partition to ext2.

Both sim are working?
Both sim have messages and data working but ,it have the Same bug as in Cm11 sim-2 voice problem
