When you look at it in the web store, does it have a price under it or play? See image attached how mine is just ready to play.
In the online play store it just says play.

Just got the tablet and am giving it to the wifey for her bday. Im obviously rooting it so I can play behind her back. Is the move a download, or already on the device? I'm not sure wether I should root, then dirty flash the JR003D build or if I should normally update, then root to keep the movie with the device. If it's a download...? IDK. What should I do?

By default the movie just streams, so you can pick it up again by logging into Play.

(Deezer.com is the European alternative to Spotify, which strangely is not available in the US )

Why would we need a download like this here? It's already available in the Play Store.

Working fine in Scotland. To get iPlayer to work you have to install the BBC Media Player as well?

Mine doesn't work too! I live in Belgium, and I've got the same problem. Are there any fixes for this issue?
What I meant to say was that when I go to Google Play to install it says "item not available in your country"
Edit just seen your link thanks

Installed that apk. but now when I click to play a programme on the iPlayer it force closes, went in TWRP and fixed permissions but that hasn't worked, anyone any other ideas?

Are you entirely positive it's the Play Store and not a per app dpi setting that you may have changed in paprefs? Using PA and Play Store 4.1.6 the game is shown as compatible and available. As such, the issue is likely to be on your end and not anything caused by the Play Store.
