Hi,
Accordint this: mozilla (dot) org/Releases nobody at wiki releases page knows when FFOS 1.4 has been released...
I have a Flame and it has not new updates at stable channel since I've bought it (v1.3 pre-release!!).
I don't understand lack of information about why 1.4 has not been released (it should at July).
Anybody has idea?
Flame skipped 1.4 and went to 2.0 but you have to manually update it. Download v188 ROM from the flame mdn page
Should I manually install it? At Flame page I can read:
"The first channel is our release channel. Flames ship with this channel and will receive over-the-air updates for future major versions, that is, Flames will update from 1.3 to 2.0 to 2.1, etc."
Maybe reason why there is no update available is v1.4 has been skkiped (why??) and v2.0 is not stable yet, isn't it?

For the guys that release new kernels and ROMs could you please put and update the release date in your post title when you release a new version?
That'll help us know when you've made a change.

Hey guys,
A quick heads up. Samsung have posted kernel sources for their latest Chinese ROM release that a few people have mistaken for updated kernel sources used in the 2.3.4 builds.
!! THIS IS NOT TRUE !!
The GT-I9100_CHN_CHN.zip marked as used in I9100ZCKG4 is exactly the same source as the original EUR based kernel GT-I9100_Opensource.zip, which is a buggy release and causes random reboots.
The one the latest custom kernels are (or should be) based on GT-9100_OpenSource_Update1.zip is sources used with 2.3.3 and still the latest version we have available.
So don't go grabbing the "latest" Chinese release, as it's actually a downgrade.
Guys Check the Google+ Update by Steve Klondik (a.k.a Cyanogenmod)

And will be getting an official release very soon
You couldn't have bothered to look if there was already a thread made?
I mean, it's like only two threads under this one...
How I can know if I have the last version of uruk droid?
I installed the 1.5 version with easy install one month ago, after I updated to 1.6 and then to 1.6rc5 and last to 1.6rc7.
I've seen that now on sauron download page there are some new files like kernel src (jan 04, 2012) and 1.6 update (jan 04, 2012). What is the last and updated version? In these files there are differences betwen my rc7 version and the 2 new files? I can update my archos putting this file in th urukdroid update folder or I've to do a clear installation?
Last thing, there is also an overclock.ko file, how do I use it?
Thanks!
1. RCxyz are Release candidates ( kind of betas), so not the real version.
2. 1.6 without anything is the new release.
3. You can install it over the older versions since 1.5
4. overclock.ko was there for beta testing. If you have no clue how to use it, stay away from it.
Can I update from 1.6rc7 to 1.6 final putting the file in urukupdate folder?
Yes, but think best to do a back up 1st in case it goes wrong!
I made that mistake and spent a while setting everything up again
I can only add that answer for almost all yours questions is usually here:
http://code.google.com/p/urukdroid/
And subpages like - overclock, update
Using android 12 version 1.1.8 now in nothing phone 1. Getting prompted to update to 1.5.1 beta for Android 13.. Just wanted to check if we will be able to update to Android 13 stable once released from beta with OTA update without data loss?
Still no fortune tellers in this forum
How can I go back from android 13 beta 1.5.1 to official stock 1.1.8 android 12?
I'm using the Android 13 version 1.5.1 beta and it's working pretty good. I have all my files intact. I updated it through the Local System Update wizard. You can use this site https://www.theupdatebox.com/download-nothing-os-1-5-1-for-nothing-phone-1-beta-2/
If someone else want to do that.
