Still no 12.1.A.1.207

hey guys, i read on xperia blog that it is available since 1. august, but in Croatia, still no update.. everytime i connect it to PC and start pc companion, but it says that it is up to date.. my model is C5303.
anybody knows something about this ? what does this firmware update, what are the improven things ?
i'm relatively a noob, so if someone can recommend me some other software, but i still have the warranty and don't want to unlock the bootloader..

its only for some branded phones

help needed files

Hi guys sorry if I'm posting this in wrong section . guys I need your help I need this files hope someone can give me
I need two folder
One is framework and other is permission files
If someone can upload zip of both folder I will be happy . should be from marshmallow or nougat Sony stock ROM only two folder needed please someone help
