[Q] Voice Search Disconnected - LG G Watch R - Wear OS Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Any voice search i try results in a disconnected notification even though everything is connected and working.
All notifications are coming through. Some searches will work but when they do it ends up saying "try again on phone" or "sorry that didn't work"
Some of these notifications are actually showing up on the phone even with the error message but most aren't.
After a reboot it will work maybe one or two times but i still get the "try again on the phone" everytime.
I am running build number KNX01R and all apps are updated on phone. I have uninstalled every other android wear app on phone.
Is anyone else having this issue?

Not able to get voicemail

I have looked around and havent been able to find anything to help. Recently flashed my phone and have had alot of voicemail issues downloading and playing.
I saw that sometimes VM doesnt get activated correctly and you should send a message to activate sprint. Did that and it came back saying activated. Then it had issues trying to download the messages. Finally after they got downloaded the phone says its unable to play the message.
Any idea what might cause this ?
What ROM are you running?

I noticed now iam not getting any voicemails again. OFten get error message v30 when i try to access Sprints Voicemail. Tried to update profile/prl and i get error 1012.

Notification issue - Samsung GalaxyS5 PLEASE HELP

I have the Samsung GalaxyS5 from Verizon. Recently I noticed I have been getting notification sound/vibrate when I don't even get a notification. I have tried what seems to be everything and just can't seem to get it to stop. I also noticed that it happens every 5 minutes - on the dot. Even when I put my phone on silent it still vibrates. I know this in right, I'm thinking I have some type of bug or virus. I have the Verizon Protect which scans for viruses and such. According to that, I have nothing wrong. I had a system update which I installed a week ago. This hasn't been happening for that long, only about 2 days. But every 5 minutes exactly I get the sound of a text, with no text.
If anyone has any idea I am up to all options. I have went through numerous threads on different websites and nothing seems to be working for me.
I just need someone with a bit more tech skills than what I have!!
Please help me out. Thanks a bunch!!!!

It's not so easy to identify an app that make a notification sound/vibration. Just some suggestions:
- If there is any notification message on the notification bar, long tap on it and select "App info" to see it belong to which app.
- Check yourself what apps you have installed recently. Try to uninstall some apps that you suspect.
- Use Permission Explorer to check for apps that have "Vibrate" permission.

Not getting notifications on watch or on phone, driving me crazy!

So lately I have not been getting hangout notifications and it's driving me nuts. I have it paired to my android wear watch and 80% of the time it works fine but other times I get text messages and nothing, no buzz, not even a notification in my task manager letting me know I have a unread message, totally blank. It's not until I go into hangouts and I see the bold text that I know I got a message. Even when not paired to the watch, same thing, no buzz, sound, notificiaon icon, nothing until I open hangouts and see it.
Anyone else having this issue?? Driving me crazy and I already missed plans with friends because of it. Fully stock and on 6.0.1 as of a few days ago and still the problem.
Are you logged into hangouts on another device or computer? Also check to make sure you didn't snooze their notifications.

I had this issue. Try turning off wifi and see if it works. Mine did on cell data only. The messages would come into me on wifi, but I would just not get notified. I did a roll back on it and a re-install and it started working again normally. The first time I had this was on my Nexus 6. This is a LONG running hangouts problem ( various posts out there show it going back to 2012 ).

[N9005] Samsung Note 3 LTE - Calls from unsaved numbers causes Contacts Storage error

I searched quite a lot in this forum and elsewhere to have none of the suggestions to work. Moreover, this error is specifically caused by calls from unknown numbers and I couldn't find such an error to be reported anywhere.
Problem started after rooting the Note 3 Lte version [N9005XXUGB0D3]. Everything seems fine except that a call from an unknown/unsaved number causes the 'Unfortunately, contacts storage has stopped" error appears and the dialog box pops up four times. Worst is, if the call is received from an unsaved number when the screen is off, the dialog box pops up in the background making it impossible to respond to the call or the diaglog box itself because the screen turns unresponsive. Even the back button won't work but only the OK. I have to wait till i miss the call, and the dialog box is still there, after the incomign call screen ends. No point to save all new numbers as it is practically impossible, but to have all new number to display a name like 'unknown' might solve it, not sure though, and I do not know how to do that either.
Tried clearing contacts' cache, data, disabling google+, deleting all device contacts and google contactsl, rebooting after each trial attempts.
Any suggestion is welcome. Thanks.
Same problem here.
I'll try re-flashing an original ROM if don't find an answer by tonight.

Edit: cleaned the Contacts App Data and Cache as a workaround, didn't have problem until now

Google Now gives error "Network error. Check your network connections and try again."

Google Now gives error "Network error. Check your network connections and try again."
UPDATE: FIXED, check comment below!
So, you may have heard of this error before, I got it randomly today for no reason while trying to use Google Now on Tap, so I tried uninstalling updates for Google Play Services etc. and it just resulted in me having to re-enable Google Now Cards blah blah blah, which wouldn't work and kept saying the error and doing nothing.
After spamming to opt-in to Google Now (after a fresh reset of the phone), it eventually let me, and I spammed refresh in the Google App and it eventually refreshed, but 9/10 times it will just fail with that error.
What do I do? This is seriously annoying and I use Google Now for so much crap nowadays, it's hard to live without now...
I've tried resetting, it seems to be an account related issue from the research I've done so far, reading up about other people's attempts to fix it etc.
Thanks in advance guys, I appreciate it.
I'm on a Nexus 6P running Android 6.0.1 and it's not rooted.

12 hours later and it fixed itself...
Such a weird error.
Oh well!
