Is there a way to change language from English to french in mymagazine app ?
My local system language is correctly set but no way to have french....
Maybe is there is a system file to edit that force language for mymagazine ?

Write to the developers and tell them you have an arabic version for theirs text in the app. They would be happy to add a language in their pack and in the following update you'll have your arabic version automatically.
You have just to translate strings and send them the file.

I have U Ultra from UK and it only has Western Europe languages in Android OS UI.
Is it possible to enable additional languages (I need Russian)?
My device ROM is OCEAN_NOTE_UHL_N70_SENSE80GP_HTC_Europe_1.64.401.10
Well this is strange as i also have the european version and i have in settings->language and keyboard -> languages many different european languages including russian.

There are different versions of U Ultra.
Mine is single SIM UK version and it only allows selection of English, French, Italian, Spanish, German or Polish languages in Android UI.
