But this is very strange, a friend mine have a moto g apparently running 4.4.3 ... He say that the update just arrive today and that he will share the zip for us(in the night)
So I don't know if this is fake... Just I'm sharing
Please check for upgrade....

But even Nexus 5 hasn't 4.4.3. Why Moto G would receive its OTA earlier?

for me it's a fake, the kernel is February 6 and version is 175.xx.x when 176.xx.x is the latest 4.4.2

It's a build.prop edit. Pretty easy to achieve fake.

Not really, because it's spreading false information. Striking out the text won't help and people will continue clicking this thread link and finding it in search results assuming that there is a new ota update. This thread should be deleted.

It's out for one US carrier on the 2014 X, not the 2013 X. 2013 X is still with MFN.

So before I do any porting project, I gather a group of testers. Also, I don't own the Moto G 2015, so testers are important!
Who are willing to test MIUI Lollipop for your devices?! WHO are willing to soft-brick their phone (it may happen, but you can fix it bruh!)?

Recently, Moto G6+ started recieving 9.0[Pie] OTA. I think it will help the developers if someone gave a link to OTA capture. G-Cam issues, UI stability might increase. So, if anyone has link to the OTA capture, please provide link and let the developers know about the update.

Maybe. But I don't think that the 5G+ and the Moto G6 series are similar in such way that the OTA could help developers to build custom ROMs or fix some issues. Pie ROMs are out there and as everything is so fast these days I think in a couple of weeks/months everybody is building Q....

Yeah maybe. I thought G6 OTA could be used in some way to improve the G5+.
Yeah Q is happening in a few months.
