Anyone getting random lockups on their mojo? It mostly happens when I am updating apps but its getting to the point where its annoying. It doesn't seem to be overheating.
I used to have this on occasion with certain apps, but have not experienced it for quite a while. Which firmware are you on?

Hey games, I have an HD2 with T-Mobile's latest rom. Also tried this on NRG's 6.5.5 rom.
Device: HD2 is stable, very stable, rarely crashes, no problems besides the one described below.
Problem: Sometimes when playing games, you get a call or minimizing the games causes the device to lock-up when relaunching the game via the task manager.
Has this happened to anyone else ?
I must have the rarest phone to have this only happen to me lol...
So no one has had any kind of crashes or lockups with this phone?
Games typically use most of your phone resources so its not for it strange for it to lock up when you do something else.
Not a big deal here, but i've been noticing my phones stuttering or freezing for a few seconds. This normally happens on the start up for an app. or when exiting out. I wouldn't be considered, but this is happening quite often. Other times it will freeze will be when i'm simply scrolling through the marketplace.
its freezes during some games too. sometimes in ilomilo it will freeze for several seconds right as ilo and milo are reunited.
another similar issue is that freshly installed apps (especially while i'm downloading other apps) will very often crash on startup.
I'm really just asking to see if this is a common issue.
Thanks, you guys rock
"another similar issue is that freshly installed apps (especially while i'm downloading other apps) will very often crash on startup." -- this happens on my phone too
This can probably be attributed to bugs. WP7 is still at version 1.0 so I wouldn't expect all of the kinks to be worked out.
Are you using a microSD card? I've only had minor hangs in games, typically when I get an achievement.
Pretty slight issues that I have noticed with my TF300 and wanted to see if othes were experiencing similar issues.
1- Experiencing lag while installing/updating apps?
2- When I try to check my battery usage statistics in settings, it says they are not available.
Anyone else noticed or experienced these 2 issues?
1- some people have mentioned this. some say it doesn't happen. I notice it, but it doesn't bug me too much. I believe the suggested fix for now is to try a cold boot or a factory reset and see what happens.
2- there is an entire thread dedicated to this here. try that.

I have heard about the lag while installing apps. Honestly I have only noticed it because I have been reading posts about it. I really dont think its that bad and doesnt seem out of the norm.
Battery usage stats not showing seems to be a very common prob with all 300 users. No one seems to have the real answer or fix.
For the past couple of weeks I've noticed chrome has be home unusable due to horrible lag & regular force closes (wait/end/report)
This only affects my n7 (xoom & galaxy nexus are fine)
Now in this time chrome hasn't updated, and tonight realised the only thing I had changed is enabling Bluetooth for a keyboard I was testing last week.
Anyway as a test I disabled Bluetooth and since doing so the lag issues have gone away & no force closes or errors.
I can't believe this would cause such issues with Browser (Bluetooth enabled, but no active devices)
Would anyone else who is suffering n7 chrome lag issues let me know if you have Bluetooth enabled and if disabling Bluetooth fixes their lag issue?
Thanks
this happened to me. In fact, not just chrome, but every browser i tried would lag and get that same error dialog box OP had.
I bit the bullet and factory reset and everything is SMOOTH and fast. Granted, I haven't installed any games yet.
Try a factory reset
I have major chrome lags. Really bad at times. The aosp browser isn't as bad. It's loads pages by far faster. But then it'll have the occasional 2-3 second lag for a click once in a while. I'm looking for a browser with zero lag. Nothing else lags on this tablet which is what confuses me. Just the browser.
I had same problems and after turning plugins on demand everything seems to be ok.
Ok. I've searched all over and have found a thread with a similar problem with no responses. I hope this gets some help. I have a Verizon G2, and ever since the Lollipop update, my battery life has been pretty awful (sometimes less than 2 hours of SOT in 8 hours of battery time), and the performance is horrendous at times. some apps (facebook Messenger especially) will stop when I am using them. No crash report. They just close out of nowhere. Nova Launcher redraws almost every time I hit my home button, sometimes my phone gets ridiculously hot. There are times when Android system restarts, and I lose the navbar and status bar, leaving my phone quite useless for a couple minutes. I do not have a task killer This all happened on 100%stock unrooted
I read something similar happened with the 5.0 release on nexus devices and was related to a memory leak. I have read in ROM threads that the G2 does not have this memory leak.
Things I have tried.
Frequent reboots - Hit or miss temporarily. Sometimes it would reboot into lag and restarting apps
Frequently clearing running apps - sometimes helped for a few hours or so
Factory reset-helped for a couple days
Rooting and installing xposed with the "lollipop Memory leak fix module"-maybe helped for a day? no significant change
Installed a XDABBEB's stock based ROM with TiBu and without =same result - butter for the first few days, but the apps restarting is always there. Then it gradually loses its smoothness and all the problems begin again.
Is this not a common issue? Anyone have any suggestions? I'm thinking of going CM, but I really like LG's floating apps and such. I'd rather stay with stock. They just seem to work better as well.
When it works, it is awesome. I don't think there is any reason to get a new phone as this one still has great hardware. I'm just frustrated. My phone always worked amazingly on kitkat, but Lollipop seems to have ruined it.
