That is the Bootanimation in CM11 by imer and it's not P7 it's L7!! that ROM is good to use!

Fallout v3 give me link of this rom's thread.....or provide its system.apk
@OP provide proper screenshots for each of them so anyone choose & decide which one to download..& instructions also as many here doesnt know how to..thanxx anyways keep it up btw good to see u from Patna..i m from Bhagalpur u may know

just to find out why it bootloops you could simply use the monitor tool provided with the android SDK
should give you more info as to why it bootloops
SDK/tools/{cmd here} monitor.exe

take a look at ramdisk give right permission for adb ro.debugable=1 someting like this in default.prop
0 to dissable 1 to enable debugging
make the boot insecure
also see if u have right usb.{hardware}.rc

Yeah, obviously, you are on the LG L3,L5,L7 forum, this sounds so logic. You can even flash iOS8.

do you mean the bootlogo (huawei logo that doesn't move?)
or the bootanimation (huawei loge that moves and makes the damn sound)

at the moment no. i'm not sure but i think it's imbedded in the kernel or boot file. so....
I change bootanimation without problems. I am referring to the one that doesn't move.
I am sure it is possible, if not now in the future.

It's possible but you have to go way to deep. So...
