I have a one month old Hermes for sale. It is no longer needed as I have upgraded to the Kaiser. It has several batteries both extended (brand new!) and new default ones. Accessories included as came with it when I received it. A donation from the final selling price will be made to the XDA-Dev site once sold whether sold on here or elsewhere, as it is to be advertised in various places.
I owe this site a lot as the info I've learned from as far back as my Blue Angel days has been pure gold!
The phone is unlocked and ready to go. I also have 2 brand new silicon cases in jackets to go with it which I bought recently.

I hope this isn’t against forum rules. But a seller on EBay has about 30 used Athena’s. The description of the condition is a little sketchy and generic but they're only $50 with free shipping which should be good for parts or for devs. I should be getting one in a little bit as soon as the seller gives me a reply to a question on the details of them. I will post an update on here on the condition, I should be getting two or three and try to help with development.

I have some gently used accessories for the S4 that I'd like to give to users for only the cost of shipping. Not sure if I can post them in this forum, or if there is a general marketplace forum where this would need to be posted.
There seems to be a Marketplace on XDA, but it seems to be only for phones.
Maybe you can use Swappa.
I don't really see there being a huge market for old accessories, but maybe eBay I guess?
