They're too far apart. Had to do something with your ROM or DPI.
I themed my icons using the built in icon replacement. Looks prefect on mine.
Posted either on my Note 2 or G2.

Hi badboy47, there is no apk, did you read the title? Extract the PNG files to your softkeyz/collection folder and apply them in the SoftKeyZ app.

Pretty sure that's the default set that comes applied on the phone. You may be referring to the upper icon set? That appairs to be a widget.

Widget on the top of the Homescreen is Elxir Widgets.
