Whitexp's kernel is pre rooted so you dont need to root again.. Also if you are having problem flashing a zip.. Make sure that you mount /system in mounts abd storage in cwm recovery
Have u checked for superuser app in ur app drawer...
It is root...
I guess u do know it ..
Don't u.?
**rooting is new for me...and i am noob to root...**

Try as tingtingin suggested by installing Superuser from the Play Store link and then try again an app that requires root access. Even try rebooting if you have to.

In kernel manager change the GPU settings from 620mhz down to465mhz.620 is unstable with glitches.465 is fine. After every reboot wait until your kernel manager is given su permissions which can take up to a minute or so.If you open any apps before su permission to kernel manager most of them will close. If still have problems flash Leviathan R2 zip.
