Here Incase you got a problem with Wifi
To make wifi work when it wont turn on or connect, change this in the build.prop:
ro.securestorage.support=true TO ro.securestorage.support=false

got this kernel on NB8 ...got big lags when listening music over bluetooth an also when screen is of. can someone explain what are the best settings to get no lags?

saw that someone had talked about having similar issues īn the op. I will take a look and see if I can find it.:silly:
I did see where there were problems the same as yours. Seems that it was resolved with an update. Are you running a touchwiz rom?

Yes i do...tw 4.4.2 did the kernel update, no wifi issue no media lags...everithingt went ok...

Why would you do that? Lollipop has been out on this device for a month. There's even a custom ROM (mine, Wicked X). Definitely would NOT recommend what you are saying.

Because first of all im using network unlocked device which is for GSM network and as far as i searched there is no lollipop on this device which work with gsm.
Second the problem is with this modem im using i face some issues like when i turned 3g on my battery drains in less than 7h either i dont use device. And other is screen overheat.
I tought maybe changing modem to lollipop can solve some problems.

After OOS 3.0 - Signal drops

Hello together,
After updating the my OPT with the “official” OOS 3.0 Beta, I’m facing signal drops.
after each drop, my internet connection is broken, I cannot make calls anymore, and so on..
I need to restart my phone in order to use it again.
It happens at least once a day.
Attached a screenshot, you can see that the signal bar has an exclamation sign “!” next to it.

Hmmm... such basic functions should work in a official beta release. If it was an alpha release I would agree.
I have no idea how to fix your problem or why it occurred... Perhaps a reflash?

No signal problem for me. But I have charging issues..

Myself... Been running 3.0 for 72 hours. I just got my phone and flashed it within the hour and then flashed TWRP and rooted it. I made the official "dirty upgrade" with the 3.0 from Oneplus website.
No issues at all... On the other hand, I flashed the 3.0 before making any installs or configurations

Just got V10.b

Just had my first update in the UK..... Phone was from O2 but seems unbranded.

I think you can use build.prop editors to view and copy the text without root.

V10b firmware shares all the same software as the V10c, and is b in name only at least as far as I can see. The Kernel, Security patch level date, build number and baseband seem to match V10c identically.

Help changing rom??? Im so frustrated...

Hi everyone, ive purchased a few months ago this android HU [details in pictures], and since day one it has this annoying problem in\decreasing volume: from the touch button itself it works fine, but when i use the steering wheel button- it randomly can decrease instead of increase, it can go up by 2 instead of one, etc.... extremely annoying.
so i thought of changing a rom.
i went through tons of guides here in the forum but no success yet.
system just wont go into installation no matter what.

My unit is 2/32 9213A, i try yo update and It brick, i cant find the ROM for 2/32GB versión

Quite common problems, unfortunately. Can be solved with custom firmware and root. This will give you more options to boost the performance. Overheating is a huge problem in these units causing the processor to throttle (i.e slow down). Can be solved with a hardware mod.
