i force closed my services framework and got the update (thanks for that ) but after the update i got gapps error and i cant sync my account!!!
i tried to delete my account and adding it again but no luck...it takes forever and i canceled it...factory reset do nothing for me.
any help guys???
FIXED: i used a vpn to add my account.because google blocked my country (iran)...i wonder why they sending me ota update
Everytime that i try to download something on Samsung Apps Store, the device give me this error: Service unavailable (1000)
ihave tried everything like uninstall and clear data/cache,i have logged off of my samsung account, uninstall samsung push, restart etc... and nothing works...
Can anyone explain to me how i can solve this problem ? thanks.
I have tried resetting hosts file, uninstalling updates reinstalling playstore and tried modded store but nothing. This started after installing play services manully because had some User ID error before. Any fix please?? Thanks

I don't have anything that effects the light. i even did a factory reset.

First you give very little info about your device ?
are you rooted , what Rom (stock Rom Android v 4.4.4 /5.0.1 ) etc ?
One issue i had ( Lollipop v 5.0.1 ) with APK's not installing, was not correct Play Services apk installed ( not the Play store apk )What i did was to check and see if i updated/correct version Google Play services ( apk ) as this can cause issues .( i Google around ..searched XDA to see what correct version was etc ) Did this and sorted problem .
Another issue i had when Apk'S not installing, was Xposed module causing errors .
When i had this error ( unable to install apk ) was way back, when i was still on Android v 4.4.4 and using Xposed framework .I am not sure if it was Xposed or an module of Xposed ,( i was using) .I solved it by uninstalling Xposed (which really only helped a little )The problem with Xposed is that it caused a lot of "problems/errors " when installed and even afterwards ,when uninstalled, as it can " break " certain functions on your device ( This is my experience )
I just factory resetted my device , but this did not help also ..so i flashed my device (then) current Rom) and managed to sort it out .

I have a Redmi 4 Prime v6.0.1 MMB29M!
I wanted to install an app from the Google Play, but in the webpage it says that the "app is not compatible with my device"!
Then, I downloaded the .apk of the app, and when I try to install the app, in the smartphone, and I got the message "There was an error parsing the package"!
I tried to use Apk Parser, and Apk Editor, to try to change the sdkMin version of the app, but these Apps dont work well in the phone, give some errors, or simple crasches!
There is any solution to install new apps in old phones!
