New member with s5

well, I finally bought an S5 G900F, and I must to admit. I prefer the S4 (i9506) =/
Camera is better I don't know why it looks more noise
Screen is better and it looks more sexy than S5 =/
soo I have this dialema.....stay or not with my s4 and sell my s5 lol

Hmm I also have a S4 (i9500 with the better camera), but I didn't have the same observations.
I agree about the fact that the S4 still looks better (smaller footprint with a screen almost as big), though I prefer the back of the S5.
But the camera is better on the S5, and the screen as well.

Taking a shot side by side you will see what is better, and I can post tonight the samples I've tooke

More pixels = more noise = more camera shake. That's why in normal situation it will look like S4 is better. You just need more steady hands
On that tiny sensor 3 more MP is taking it closer to the limit.
I would rather stick with 8 or less but hey ho...

[Q] going to buy note 3. need honest answer?

hi all. i am going to buy a new phone i only have two options.. Either galaxy note 3 or galaxy s5. which phone should i buy??
My only preference is great camera and loud sound... so please tell me which is better s5 or note 3??

You should get a hold of one before thinking of buying it because, it is a big phone compared to the S5. I've upgraded from a Galaxy Alpha to the Note 3 and wow that thing was huge...
Also, fingerprint scanner might be a thing that you want to look into.
As far as camera and soundwise, the Note 3 hasn't ceased to amaze me with the sound quality and loudness when using earphones, this coming from a person who has enjoyed the iPhone's DAC extra loudness.
And the camera is just amazing, really great camera performance on the Note 3. You do have more pixels on the S5 but... yeah, from my experience, nothing to point out.

Ok i bought n9005 used and i m too happy. . Its an excellent device great battery great camera

Camera comparison vs S6

Hi all, I'm currently using a galaxy S5 and looking for an upgrade to either a Note 4 or S6. I don't really care much about any other things as the two are both very good phones, only camera. Spec wise they are not THAT different, just a better f/1.9 lens on the S6 compared to f/2.2 lens of the Note 4, other specs remain the same. So theoretically the images from the S6 should be a little bit better than the note 4 in extreme cases (very low light for instance), and generally the same for most situations. But somehow I've read reviews that put the Note 4's camera output to be a tad better than the S6 (gsmarena's review for example), and I just don't know why. Is there any reason behind that or something I missed? Thanks in advance!

Use Mobile DxOMark and find the S6/Note 4 and compare why one is better than the other hardware/software wise.

Gsmarena did do a blind test by readers and note 4 won, except for night shots

From what I have seen the Note 4 seems to have a much better camera. But that is due to the fact that the SGS6 uses either Samsung's own isocell or Sony's Xemar senor. Which is makes it a potshot as to which one of those you would get on your SGS6/S6Edge.

Getting s5 Drama Shot APK working with Note 4 Camera

Hi,
I have owned an s5 but upgraded to the Note 4. I wanted a QHD phone with an awesome camera. The note 4 is almost as good camera wise as the s5 in my opinion except the new modes don't work anywhere near as easily or well on the note 4. I love drama shot mode an used it all the time on the s5 but its almost imposible to get the Note 4 to take drama shots. Of course I know how to do them technically but they rarely work out. It was much easier and far better to have drama shot as a unique mode like on the s5. I have tried to install the s5 drama shot APK onto my note 4. It installs OK and shows up in the camera modes options but when selected it doesn't appear in the actual camera.
Can anyone think of a solution to get this addition to work? Or is it possible to get the original s5 camera app working on the Note 4?
Help would be appreciated.

changing camera

Hey i wanted to know if i can change/repalce the camera of my Samsung galaxy express with the camera of my samsung galaxy s2 i think the connectors are the same... Is it possible or is it likely it would destroy some driver chips?
