Did i do something wrong? All i did was offer a OnePlus invite

Please bear with me as i normally just browse and rarely post, but how do i know if a thread i started was deleted? I have no messages of notifications, and i can't seem to find the thread.
If it was indeed deleted, could someone tell me why it would have been, as i was only trying to give back to the community in a meaningfully way?
I have a oneplus one invite i'd like one of the hard working XDA developers or themers to have, and it only has about 14 hours left before it expires. If my thread is being deleted, please let me know so i can move to another forum in order to not let the invite go to waste.

Picking up at post office.

Hi XDA,
My Note 4 is projected to get here on thursday. Problem is that the package will get here at like 3 pm and I am leaving for a campus visit at 1pm and wont be back til saturday. Is there any way I can make UPS hold it at their offices and i pick it up early in the morning?

He won't have much luck picking it up at the Post Office anyway, since they all ship by UPS. :silly:

Not sure of what part of "post shipping questions in the shipping thread" people aren't getting.

Six Rom PSA with fix

I woke up today to people hating me because I posted the SIXRom link on XDA. 1st of all I am sorry about that. I thought I was actually doing a favor but now it seems like the rom is down and a guy on youtube is saying I am a d*ck because it was my fault. I looked a the xda rules and I did not find anything saying that it was not allowed. Also it was going to go adventually down but I am not trying to put the blame on anyone. I am writing this to say sorry to all the people and to hopefully tell the guy who posted this youtube video Tanksteel Edit - people in the Android 8.0 thread can post this link but I can't? to stop telling everyone to blame me and that I am a d*ck because I am really not, I was just trying to help people on xda. I am also saying this so no one else makes this mistake and hopefully the sixrom dev will put the link back up.

Posting someone else's work in the development section without even asking them for permission makes the development hard to follow and not really kind toward the author of the development. The developer already has a thread in the development section. He would release it there. Creating a new thread where he does not have control will summon noobs with millions of questions which would be hard to track. Either way, remember to always ask for permission before posting anything on XDA if the work is not your own and if it's not your own and you have gotten permission then it belongs in the General section and not in the development section.
As I said, your intentions were good and forget about what has happened here and just look forward ?
