klte is Device Type for one of S5 models.
To make sure that download is suitable for your device, install Phone INFO ★Samsung★ app and check for your Device Type (in GENERAL INFO section).

I installed xposedInstaller and the phone is dead after a reboot.
The phone was n9006ZCUBMJ3, as I've discovered I9500 xxuamdk do you know why?

Hi all, im new to posting questions on forums in general but ive used them for a long time to put custom roms on my phone and in general make the most of it so i can think of no better place to ask this, forgive me if someone else already has.
On the official ColorOS website which most of you may know is now owned or something by Oppo, in their devices list the GT-I9500 is listed there under "other" and i was curious as to whether or not anyone can tell me if its safe to use or not?
Any help appreciated, thank you in advance.

I was refering more to general security, its on a chinese website and the download is from pan.baidu, i dont really know it and id just rather be safe than sorry.

well , if it's from official website , then take it easy, it's like some of dev here use MEGA or AFH server , pan.baidu is very famous file storage site in China

Is jfltexx the code name you're after? Thats the code name for the I9505. What are the code names you're looking at?

Some have I5905 (that is obvious) others seem to have jfltexx and/or jflte in the I5905 threads. I wasn't sure if they were variations of the same development name or different.

Ok, which recovery is it in particular you're after? Jflte seems to be the new unified codename for the I9505 as at the link below.

Hello all.
Why not make a new section for the S4 - I9515 ?
This is visibly a new model, and there is some differences about drivers for exemple that make we can't install custom Recovery or ROM makes we have no touch screen if we do it.
I think that I really definitivelly not the only one who have this phone and need help with it, or a new Custom ROM, Recovery or other ?

I think the reason is because there are no custom roms for it (yet). So there would be no point in opening a new section.

Precisely, if the developers want to work with this type of phone, how will they do ? They will post it in the I9505 section? ? ? ? ? Not very logical.

So, if I listening you, there will be all models of S4 in XDA EXCEPT (for obscure reasons) the I9515 ? We have definitely done well to buy this phone, for SUR.
Especially that in my area, we have no choice, it is the only model of S4 we can be found, and I took him, to the base, to be secure and to choose ROM that I would put on it. Obviously, I did well to take it to what I see.

Ummm .... I guess I am missing something here? The kernels are CLEARLY specified in the download list from the above link. There is one for each version of 5.0 that is out there. Now, on the other hand, if you don't know which one you need, you obviously need to do further research and have no business flashing anything !!
